  1. I am activating my licence on a Windows 10 laptop. I needed to get the original mail with my licence code to do so. I can find the mail, but when I try to open it, it says "Loading" but never opens it. Other mails open with no problems, but I found that all mails with Malwarebytes in the title will not open. This includes the mail I just received to validate my account on this forum. Fortunately I can open them on my cellphone. Can this be a malware issue on the laptop?
  2. Malwarebytes is blocking websites that I trust. This week Malwarebytes started blocking all safe sites that were allowed last week. Links in my email to other sites such as Meetup.com, Google Photos, Facebook, Flickr, USPS, and other safe sites are not accessible. I received https://block.malwarebytes.com/I should not need to manually whitelist the entire internet in Exclusions Settings section of Malwarebytes. Currently, the only option is to remove Malwarebytes. Please fix immediately. Malwarebytesblocked a suspected bad URL or an unwanted program.Learn More
  3. Yesterday my Windows 10 system finally received the Anniversary Update (1607). Today Malwarebytes Premium has begun blocking Outlook from uploading and downloading mail to/from gmail.com. I have had to disable Malicious Website Protection to get to my mail. What's going on? I have done a full scan. Also using Bitdefender 2016.

I have since used an anti virus program as well as Malwarebytes anti-malware, but I wasn't able to find anything related to keylogging or wifi hacking. Could you please take a look at my log files and let me know if you can see anything supicious? First follows the FRST log: Scan result of Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) (x64) Version: 27-07-2016 Ran by troels (administrator) on TROELSPC (27-07-2016 23:37:21) Running from
  5. Okay... I recently did a clean reinstall of windows for this exact reason. I have a rootkit.0acces/rootkit.0access.64 infection, as well as Trojan.BCMiner or dropper, I can't remember. The reinstall eliminated the problem for a while, but yesterday I began having issues with Google-related services again. As of now I can't even navigate to the main website. ( http://puu.sh/1ct8c ) I am also experienceing problems (as before) with windows services, Bonjour and the like no longer work correctly. I apologize for not following normal procedures (as far as checking for existing threads) but I'm fr
