  1. Malware Bytes keeps deteting PUP.Optional.GeekBuddy on my computer every time I boot up. Is there anyway I can delete Geek Buddy from my computer permanently? geek buddy.txt
  2. Comodo Remote Management & Monitoring (RMM) is being detected as "GeekBuddy" both by the home and Business versions. This is the RMM we use for clients. I attach a log from a proxy server - so this also shows a detection for CCProxy - which is our Proxy Server software we have deployed at many clients. If you still wish to detect Comodo RMM please name it correctly so that clients can see that it is a legitimate program from a reputable company. GeekBuddy FP Log.txt
  3. Hey all, I need some help... My mom downloaded GeekBuddy and now I'm trying to get it and Comodo out of her system. She's running Windows Vista. I used Revo Uninstaller to get rid of GeekBuddy and all it's evil hidden leftovers. I checked Task Manager and found "launcher_service" from Comodo is still running. I found the file location... It's in my common files, Comodo, GeekBuddyRSP, Launcher_Service.exe. Please help me get the rest of this crap out of this computer system? I'm researching solutions and just coming up empty everywhere I turn... Thanks for all assistance! -Jen
