  1. I had the same Trusteer Rapport issue, so I downloaded and installed build 1195. Trusteer works again and I can use Chrome, but I can no longer print in Chrome. If I try to print, Anti-Exploit warning comes up saying it blocked Google Chrome. "An exploit code has been blocked in Google Chrome (and plug-ins)." Other browsers (Edge, IE, and Firefox) work fine.
  2. Hello, I was on a 14 day trial for Malwarebytes and had a free version of Anti-Exploit. My trial version expired yesterday and I clicked on 'end trial' to switch to a free version. Now, for some reason Anti-Exploit doesn't let Google Chrome run - as soon as Chrome loads, a pop-up from Anti-Exploit appears saying 'Exploit ROP gadget attack blocked'. Does it mean Chrome is not safe to use or is Anti-Exploit over-reacting? Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening, or do I just need to uninstall/reinstall Anti-Exploit? I started having the same problem with MBAE & Chrome today: As soon as I load Google Chrome, MBAE blocks Chrome [Protection Layer: Protection Against OS Security Bypass; Protection technique: Exploit ROP gadget attack blocked]. I don't use Trusteer Rapport. I am completely hopeless at technical stuff, but am pretty sure that I haven't changed anything in Chrome recently. I've unlocked the MBAE shield against Chrome but, as it's my default browser, feel rather anxious about doing so.

I have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Home (Free) version (Windows 7) Every time I start up my computer, Malwarebytes pops up with a windows that says that it "looks like you are a business" and wants me to upgrade to the premium version. I do not want to but I cannot make the windows stop popping up. It is very annoying. How do I turn off that popup so I am not asked this every time I log into my computer?

Hello, I used to have a free copy of Malwarebytes on my work computer which runs XP but I had to remove it as the company did not want any software other than there own software on their computers but now we are allowed to install Malwarebytes. My problem is that after I download and try to run the program I get an error message that prevents the software from running and says my trial is over. I have the free version so there should not be a trial. How would I get around that error message? Thanks,
  6. Hello everyone, This is supposed to be the free version I downloaded for a friend of mine. I have downloaded and installed the FREE version for many of my friends with no problesm. This time however it shows something I had never seen. Notice the two "x" marks on the PIC. It appears to be forcing me to BUY the Premium version, now matter where I click It does not give me the usual option of "no thanks." Also, it does no allow me to run the "hyper scan" option, only "threat scan." All in all just acting weird, not sure what is going on... Anyone have an idea? TIA

After the last major update, when the appearance changed so dramatically, we tested Malwarebytes by uploading an "update" from IMVU - which has come with 2 PUPs from Condiut, even if you decline their offer to infect you with the malware browser hijacker. Malwarebytes has always found the 2 PUPs in a quick scan, then you check to remove them, and Malwarebyte4s restarted your computer and deleted the 2 files during startup.   8. I've been using the free version of this software for a few months and today checked the date on the definitions file and noticed it was the same day I'd installed the software. Does the free version work only once and then one must download it again each time one wants to scan the computer? I've tried to search for the answer but haven't had any success. If the free version never auto updates I bet there are a lot of folks out there who think it does and who are probably getting infected because they, like me, assume updates were automatic and there is nowhere this information is posted.   9. While I greatly appreciate reminers, is there any way to disable the pop-up screen that asks me to purchase or decline the Pro version of Malwarebytes? Your product is great, but I cannot afford to purchase it at this time, and I would like to not have to keep clicking "decline" every time I open the program. Ideally, the purpose is to use it at least once per week, but that pop-up screen is really getting to me. I would be extemely grateful if someone could advise me how to disable this or revert to an older version that did not utilize the nag screen perhaps. Thank you very much, and kud
