I have a PC running Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit - and it has become infected with some sort of Virus / Malware which prevents any outward Internet activity - such as browsing or sending emails etc. When you open a browser to try to browse to any website you get a message from ATT with a phone number to call because "there is a problem with your account" - except of course we don't use ATT for our Internet service.
