  1. Hello. I have the O.YourNewContent Malware on my MacBook Pro. Why has my Malwarebytes Premium allowed this to happen, without blocking or quarantining or notifying me of it? Why are we expected to pay so much money for the promise of "THE BEST ANTI-MALWARE PROGRAM" when it doesn't deliver? MalwareBytes BITES!!! Please provide a quick resolution. Thanks, Joseph
  2. I noticed in my MBAR Dashboard a message that said..... "Anti Ransomware Protection is Disabled". So I clicked on "Fix Now" AND Start Protection. Neither one worked and MBAR Software sits, disabled on my computer. I am running version (BETA) 0.9.16.484 Asus Pro - Intel i7 - Windows 7 pro - Kaspersky Internet Security 15.0.2.361(f) Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.zip MBAMService.zip
  3. Anti-Ransomware 0.9.15.416 says my system is at risk. When I try to click Fix Now or Start Protection nothing happens. Did this a few weeks ago but then just started working again.

Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware Beta Version 0.9.15.416 Windows 8.1 Today when I start my computer the MWBAR is showing the red "Your system is at risk" screen indicating the protection is disabled. When I go to click the blue Start Protection hyperlink or the red button labeled Fix Now nothing happens. I tried ending the task in Task Manager and restarting, but it still won't do anything. How do I fix this? Thanks.
  5. Hi I'm new here. I apologise in advance if this is in the wrong place, has been covered, etc (though what works for one may not work for another, so it would be foolish to try a fix given to someone else, even if i could understand it :-)) A couple of days ago I bought MBAM Premium (download) and today I find that the real-time protection isn't enabled. As per the heading, the Fix Now button does nothing. I get (Not Responding), the button fades, returns, no change. £20 isn't a lot of money, but it's still money. How can I fix this?
