Hi - this started over 6months ago - can't remember exactly but yes did get a download or update and next thing I know when trying to open any program (ex -troubleshooter msdt.exe not-a-valid-win32-application -- google --internet explorer- paint - media player - recent items) You name it wouldn't open - Could open Library - downloads would load - but not execute- so I ran Microsoft Essentials and it did find a Win32-Keygen and removed it and my problem continued - long long story short Have tried 100 different anti - malware > cleaners> empty all caches - temp files/folders- run scans almost daily - recently found my Microsoft Office wasn't installed properly - uninstalled - waited - re-installed - things I've tried - you name it - I'm sure I have tried it !!! Malwarebytes - Malware Anti-Rootkit- Junk remover- SuperAntispyware - Spy bot - Search & Destory - Zemana - Emisoft -Hitman Pro - TDSS - RKill - ComboFix - Windows All in one kit- sfc-scannow - chkdsk - Autoruns -FRST - Revo Uninstaller - eset scan - AWF Cleaner - CC Cleaner - CleanMyPC!- Avast - Norton- there isn't much I haven't tried - did try exehelper.exe today but unable to work - the audio driver not able to work with Windows I did have a creep was suppose to be helping instead he set up a roaming connect using my wi-fi - he is the porn addict as you will see when reviewing my log - Yes after I have used a Anti-malware and it didn't work I delete it off system - I am not a computer techie but I also am not a complete dum-dum either - I have taken so many notes when attempting to fix this but I am now at my end of rope - I'm a grandma raising my 2yr grandson so my computer time is mostly between midnight and 6am - many sleepless nights over this darn thing but can't do a total uninstall of window - have 3 other users and there accounts fine - only on one user # (?) Its a laptop (old but kept up-to-date) my family wants me to just upgrade but I have so much time invested and don't think I will be a fan of Windows 10 from what I have read OS Windows 7 Home Prem 6.1.7601 X86 32bit Addition.txt FRST.txt JRT.txt
