  1. So, basically, I just noticed some site I usually visit was having some display issue on it and websites were taking a while to load suddenly, so I ran a scan with Malwarebytes and it now seems to take only a minute before it's finished scanning, I don't remember what this was like on my other computer, but I know it took longer on my PC than on my mac, is there any reason the scan would be taking much less time?
  2. So recently I tried to download a file, as stupid as I am, I visited a untrusted website and downloaded a file, that file then keeps opening random tabs with ads in it from internet explorer etc.. I have done every scan possible but they just cant find it! I'm running a 64bit operating system please help me fast!
  3. Hi, recently I have encountered this problem, when I connect my PC to the net Avast starts popping up with message (), and after a while it appears once again. Can anyone help me out?
  4. i been having problems with trying to get rid of this Fast and Safe program from my Programs and Features Uninstall it keeps giveing me an error RunDLL there was a problem starting C:\progra~3\FASTAN~1\FASTAN~1.DLL and i also remember runing malware bytes and it did pick up on this program well the hole folder really and deleted it. but not i cant get rid of it from my unintall list and feels like its still there on my computer. any help on how to remove this program would be appreciated.
  5. So I had the free version of Malwarebytes previously and when I would do a full scan it would take several minutes. Now since I have upgraded to the PRO version, my full scan takes literally 25 seconds. What the heck is going on???
  6. Backstory: I started losing control of my computer, things closing without warning, etc, and hit the hard reset button to stop it, and allow me to boot into my secondary Windows 7 partition. My primary partition is still quite large (500GB), and the only option I see to scan it is to select it in 'Full Scan', which takes a long time to complete. Can I use the 'fast scan' instead on this other drive? I also installed the MBAR program from the 'more tools' section, which found malware alright, and got rid of it nicely, but there was no option to pick which drive to scan. Does MBAR scan all drives and partitions? Does MBAR's "fixdamage.exe." also do it's magic on secondary partitions?
