I have been receiving help for the past several weeks from one of your email support staff named Lisa R. I sent her 2 emails on Feb 8th & haven't heard from her yet. I don't know what it is, but it's hijacked my pc remotely and created a new administrator account so I can't access anything. Can someone help me?
