I have two applications purchased from the Mac App Store - Tweak & Tuneup, and Open Any File. The current version of Malwarebytes quarantines them and make them useless. How can I stop this from happening. Right now, I cannot even replace the applications, and MalwareBytes will not let the App Store completely download either. Running macOS Mojave 10.14.3 (18D109).

MB has started blocking links generated by ngrok. Is it possible to add an exception for all sub-domains for a certain domain? Since ngrok generates a new link each time you use it, adding the exceptions manually would be a massive pain, and I've had to resort to turning MB off completely to get it working.

We are experiencing the same issue as documented here below: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/178193-solved-error-0xc0000018-when-starting-apps/ The fix suggested is to remove MBAE and install version 1.08.1.1189. I don't want to downgrade my client... We are currently running version 1.08.2.1045. This problem is intermittent and after several (sometimes 7 or 8) reboots, the problem goes away temporarily. Please advise on how to correct this (on 175 remote laptops) without downgrading the client. At this point the only option I have is to disable the MBAE service, but

Hello all, Not entirely sure what's been going on with my Malwarebytes' setup lately. I recently re-enabled MBAE to test performance with a VM I use to see if recent updates improved performance and it seems a bit better, but since I have done so for some reason MBAM is no longer functioning. I have attached screenshots which show the report from Windows Event Viewer, not entirely sure what any of the exception codes or faults mean though. If the issue is not correctable, I will just reinstall, but I am curious about the cause of said issue. The following is a list of programs I use for se

On the following thread: http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=113700 This was mentioned: I visited this link and read down to the bottom, but found nowhere you can block IP addresses from a specific process (such as Utorrent). I can only see where I can turn off the IP blocker entirely. Is there any way I can block a specific process from the IP blocker ("Website Blocking")? I tried entering the process and its folder both into the ignore list of the Malwarebytes client, but it seems that list is only for the scanner and protection module, and not the IP blocker. Thanks
