  1. I'm a longtime Malwarebytes user and have never had a problem before. But after the recent upgrade, I'm getting two error messages that don't make sense. Upon startup, I get the message "Real-Time Protection Layers Turned Off"; I click "Turn On", it says "Starting" but never starts. Also, I go to certain websites and get a message, "Website blocked", even though the site loads. To make sure, I exclude the site and still get the message whenever I go there.
  2. hi there, i am attempting to successfully install MBAM ( this is install number 46 for all of my client machines and this is the very first install on a windows 8.1 computer. all subscriptions are paid, though i initially install the free 30 day trial to then enter in the activation codes after that first month. therefore the trouble i am experiencing is with the free version. i understand that windows 8.1 has some serious issues with MBAM for some users and none whatsoever for other users. i am of the former category and i wish to get into the latter as i really don't have
  3. Hello, Since a couple of days ago (maybe three days ago tops), I haven't been able to get Malwarebytes working. The problem first arose when there is a pop-up for the database being outdated (by 7 days), to which I clicked it like usual. However, instead of updating the database, I received a pair of error messages. and also
