  1. I keep getting error code 20025 and don't know what to do to correct it. It says that the rootkit cannot be loaded. Can someone help please?
  2. I purchased the upgrade to Malwarebytes Premium around 1:30pm this afternoon, followed the simple activation instructions, and keep getting an Error message when I click activate after entering the Lic. key I received in my email. The error message is: "Error Code 403 Installation Token Not Found". Has anyone else had this issue? Please help.
  3. Whenever I try to run a scan, MBAM will ask to install database updates. Whether or not I let it install database updates, it will fail with either "SDKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed with code: 1812" or "SDKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed with code: 2". This same issue happens in both Chameleon mode and in Windows Safe Mode. I'm currently running Windows 7. (Ignore the Windows 8 theme)
  4. I am receiving an error ([Create Services] Failed to Perform desired action Error Code 1072) We are running Corporate Edition on windows 7 32 bit. This error is occuring on probably 10 of the 150 michines we have in the office. Any thoughts on how to fix this error? Thanks Luann
  5. Hi I'm running Win XP (SP3) with Panda CAV Free (which I think is excellent IMHO), Win XP firewall (as i'm behind a NAT and all other firewalls tried so far cause horrendous speed problems) and Malwarebytes Pro. All runs fine from logons that have admin rights, but I cannot get Malwarebytes Pro protection module to open from limited user accounts (I understand that user accounts only have rights over own docs & settings folder but would still like to have protection module running to safeguard limited user accounts. Each time I attempt to activate protection module I get the following error message "PROGRAM_ERROR_PROTECTION_MODULE (0,0, ProtectionEnable)" Please see attached screen dump Is their any way to activate the protection module whilst logged on from a user account or is this only possible via a logon with admin priviledges? Many thanks in advance.
  6. Greetings. I've been having problems a while now (freezing, browser redirects, unable to use windows update, etc.). I had AVG, spybot S & D & Malwarebytes yet still caught viruses. And none of these programs would remove them. I read several sites/forums & heard about TDSS Killer & TFC. I tried both & also did a system restore. I was able to use windows update again so I thought I got the virus(es) taken care of. Then I moved & wasn't able to use my computer. I've recently gotten it back together & connected with the net again. I leave my computer on. So to get going I move my mouse. The last few days this hasn't worked. I've had to manually shut down computer. When I try to turn it back on it makes ugly noises & beeps. When I do get it on I've had blue screens & more freezing. Computer guru cousin says I need to get a bigger hard drive, more memory & the latest OS (Win 7). Until then I'm to upgrade everything from Win XP to drivers. And I'm to stick with just a couple of programs. He recommended MS Security Essentials & MBAM. I just tried to upgrade MBAM. And it says Error Code 732 (O,O). I was supposed to report it to you so that's what I'm doing. Any help? What is your Operating System (XP, Vista, or Win7)? Win XP Is your OS 32-bit or 64-bit? 32 What is your OS Service Pack? Service Pack 3 What version (if any) of MBAM are you running (current is 1.42 What MBAM database version do you have now (current is 6966)? 3432 What brand and version of antivirus, antimalware, and firewall software do you have? I had AVG, Spybot S & D & MBAM. Now I'm using just MS Security Essentials & MBAM plus windows firewall Are you getting any error message, and, if so, what EXACTLY does it say? Yes. Tried to update MBAM & it says Error Code 732 (0,0) Do you use a router to connect to the internet? No - wireless Has your computer been infected recently, or is it currently showing any other abnormal behavior (browser redirects, IP blocks, etc) to suggest infection? Please see above Thanks for your time.
