  1. we currently have Endpoint Security installed on our server. Our sales renewal person is telling us we should switch to the cloud version. My main question is what is the main difference and what is involved in migrating the endpoints over? He made it sound really simple by saying its just clicking one button on an endpoint. But do we have to uninstall all malware bytes endpoint security programs on each computer first stuch as removing malwarebytes protection, ransomware protection and anti exploit?
  2. We have Business version of Anti-Exploit and it is not updating on all computers, about 4 out of 36 updated to the latest anti exploit from The rest remained on I was able to get the other clients to update by manually downloading the latest anti exploit from your support site, but I want to make sure that when the next update comes around we will not run into the same problem. The database version and anti malware version on all clients seem to be updating just fine, it is only the anti exploit part having the issue.
  3. I have a suggestion for the Task Status tag. When MB Cloud completes a task, it shows the task as "Success". The problem with this is that it shows status "Success" even if the task itself failed. I had this happen to me when MB quarantined an important file on a server shortly after rollout. As I was monitoring I quickly tried to restore it via MB, and when it showed "Success" I thought all was OK. Several hours later I was informed that the system was in fact not working, and after digging through MB Clouds event log for that particular server (endpoint) it showed a "Warning" and that "Failed to Restore from Quarantine". Please show "Warning" or "Failed" instead of "Success" on the Tasks panel.
  4. Hi all, We are test driving the MBES before deploying it to the entire company but one basic problem has become a deal breaker.... For some reason is slowing down speed on one of our network drive enormously. We normally get ~110 MB/sec speed on this drive when MBES "website blocking" disabled or uninstalled but as soon as it's enabled, speed goes down below ~40s and computer becomes very unresponsive. I added the network drive's IP into Management Console "ignore list but that didn't fix the problem. This is happening on a Win 8.1 pro system which is connecting to the NAS thru 1GB LAN. MalwareBytes' Managed Client v1.7.0.3208 running Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MEE) please help
  5. When trying to do a Client Push, as soon as I hit Scan the window pops up telling me 0 computers were discovered. This is across the entire gamut of PCs (1400+) with Console on Windows 7, Windows 10, or Server 2012 R2. I cannot identify any event that made this fail, I use it daily and have for over a year.
