We have Business version of Anti-Exploit and it is not updating on all computers, about 4 out of 36 updated to the latest anti exploit 126.96.36.199 from 1.09.2.1413. The rest remained on 1.09.2.1413. I was able to get the other clients to update by manually downloading the latest anti exploit 188.8.131.52 from your support site, but I want to make sure that when the next update comes around we will not run into the same problem. The database version and anti malware version on all clients seem to be updating just fine, it is only the anti exploit part having the issue.
I have a suggestion for the Task Status tag. When MB Cloud completes a task, it shows the task as "Success". The problem with this is that it shows status "Success" even if the task itself failed. I had this happen to me when MB quarantined an important file on a server shortly after rollout. As I was monitoring I quickly tried to restore it via MB, and when it showed "Success" I thought all was OK. Several hours later I was informed that the system was in fact not working, and after digging through MB Clouds event log for that particular server (endpoint) it showed a "Warning" and that "Failed to Restore from Quarantine". Please show "Warning" or "Failed" instead of "Success" on the Tasks panel.
