MWB- Endpoint Cloud- Reporting After suffering through a couple weeks of empty scheduled reports last month we started getting them again in March, but two days ago I started receiving blank reports again, so checked the cloud console and find no data in any detection reports at all- not on dashboard, not in on-demand reports. The Excel add-in(API) also reports no results. Since we were averaging 2-3 machines reporting daily on blocked websites on endpoints, I find it hard to believe that we are suddenly not encountering any risk at all! Reporting MUST be reliable folks! What's going on??
  2. Hi guys, i´m a new user of the Cloud-Solution of Malwarebytes. In the policy section, there are settings, to show the user a context menu, but i only see a scan option. I´m trying (with admin rights) to disable Malwarebytes for a view minutes. Reason: i´m trying to install a software for our production-machines... Unfortunately i can´t stop the Malwarebytes-Services. I tried to create a new group with a new policy (disabled everything) and switched the Server into this group without any results. Maybe one of you can help me out with a solution Thanks in advance Swen :)
  3. Starting a trial of cloud managed endpoint protection. Will this work on a 2008R2 terminal server? I read it will have issues with outlook and other apps?
  4. Hi guys, I already know the answer for this question, but I would like to ask and perhaps request this as a feature if possible please, sooner rather then later. Is there any way to invite users to a specific group - And only that group and group below them. I've seen this feature on BitDefender, Sophos endpoint protection, and make a lot of sense especially if you manage multiple companies as MSP, and you want to give access to another user only to the selected Group of devices. Is that on the roadmap at all? Thanks for your help!
  5. Hello, just a quick question: Can I set different excludes per policy or per group? Background: I have 1 terminal-like computer setup with Windows 10 shell launcher to launch a custom application and nothing else. Malwarebytes reverts the registry settings of that custom shell. So I set an exclude for that key. As I understand it, excludes are set for the whole environment, which is not the best way imo. Have I missed the setting or is it not possible to have different excludes based on policy or group? If it is no implemented, is it at least planed and on the road map?
  6. With this new update issue over the weekend I have a machine that won't boot. Can only get into safe mode where the uninstall program or fixer executable don't work. How do I manually uninstall Endpoint Protection or uninstall from safe mode?? Don't want to reload the whole machine just because of some issue with MWB.
  7. The "fix" for the memory issue has not resolved the issue with customers using Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection (Cloud SAAS Service). I have done the process; stopped services, rebooted, etc. with no effect. I have tried to push protection updates through a task through the control panel, also with no effect. The Malwarebytes service still starts and spiked CPU and continues to Gobble memory until the system becomes unstable. I have been unable to reach anyone in business support and do not see any posts in reference to this product or how to remediate the issue for business users. Just looking to get some clarity on how to resolve this on the 900 endpoints and servers that we have that are affected. Thanks.
  8. I have downloaded the deployment tool and begun to roll out the client to the machines on our network. So far, it only appears to have taken on about half of the machines. They are reporting back and scans are being completed as per the policy and the legacy Anti- Malware and Anti-Exploit tools have been uninstalled. However on the other half, the machines are not talking back to the cloud console. On the client machines, I can see that the EP icon is there in the tray, and I can see that it has been installed via the deployment tool, but I have no record of it in the console. Furthermore, on the client machines, both the Endpoint Protection and the Anti-Malware products are installed and the clients still appear online on our legacy Management Console server. Machines have been restarted and, in some cases, I pushed out the client install a few days ago and it is still not appearing
