Hello, I wasn't really sure where to post this. But today(6/27/2020) when I went to check my email (connected with my Malwarebytes account but not the forums) I noted three password reset messages from Malwarebytes that I never requested. Since the latest update of Malwarebytes downloaded I have been unable to send emails from Outlook on Windows. I get the following error message: Task 'rdpiro@iinet.net.au - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Cannot send the message. Verify the email address in your account properties. The server responded: 530 Authentication required' I know the email address isn't the problem as I have sent emails to these addresses before. Can you please advise me on this as I need to sort this as soon as possible. Thanks

Hello, We discovered a few weeks ago that our on premise Malwarebytes Endpoint Security server was not sending any alert emails. We restarted the server and the emails began to function again. My question is, is there a way to clear the email queue that looks like was built up? I disabled emails for a day or two, then re-enabled hoping that would do so, but it appears that it didn't work. Just this morning I received emails from Anti-Exploit for alerts that happened on 1/12/2018 and 1/10/2018. And emails from Anti-Malware from 1/27/2018 also. Any advice is welcome, thanks!
