  1. Greetings. I have inherited an installation of MWB Management Console/Server, v. I'm currently making preparations to upgrade to v. 1.8, but there's a specific issue I'm hoping to address that does not appear to be mentioned in the documentation: client IP for our end users is acquired using DNS, and since some of our endpoints are laptops that travel off-campus and other endpoints are machines that will occasionally be powered off for several days at a time, I find I am spending a lot of time curating the client database to deal with stale IPs and duplicate user endpoints.
  2. Last week Adwcleaner shows "PUP.Optional.UCBrowser, DHCPServer" on a Windows SBS 2008. I did not knew what it means, so I let ADWcleaner delete it. After that the Original Microsoft DHCP-Server Service was killed. Fortunately I could Reinstall it afterwards, but this took me more than two hours...
  3. Purchased and installed malwarebytes six weeks ago. Since then, I have been having network issues every day. It has gotten to the point where I may have to uninstall because it is too annoying to continue with this. The issue is slow DHCP. Whenever I unhibernate my laptop, it will take several minutes to connect to the wireless network. It used to take a few seconds before MB. Ok, I have had an issue crop up 4 times recently when using Malwarebytes, I clean up PC's for other people and with Windows Vista, 4 times I have had the running of Malwarebytes, and removal of files found, cause the PC to lose network connectivity. In 3 of these cases, DHCP service would no longer start, and because of that the computer would not get an IP and therefore no network communication. In the current and 4th case, DHCP is started, but even though the network card is enabled, I cannot get the system to get an IP from multiple routers. When I watch the network and sharing center,
