  1. Hi, I am trying to deploy Malwarebytes to internal and remote users by using the Discover & Deployment tool. Less than 5 of the 80 users have successfully had Malwarebytes installed (some are internal some are remote), the rest fail. Deploy Method > Find EndPoints > Active Directory is the only one that I have been able to have any success with. I've looked at the logs and they give me a variety of different answers. Can anyone give me some tips please.
  2. I'm having a very similar issue as some of the threads I have saw on here. I am able to download the deployment tool, and can view the work stations that are connected to my network. However, when I go to select a workstation and install the virus protection onto it I get a pop up box - "Waiting for deployment resources, please try again shortly." I click OK on that prompt, it pretends as if the installation is "running" - it fails within a couple of seconds and I receive an error message. "ErrorMessage:Ensure "Setup.Full.MBEndpointAgent.exe" is in the RemotePush folder of the application E
  3. Working on installing MEP for a new client. In the cloud management console under "Endpoint", there has been a message for three days that says PREPARING INSTALLERS FOR DOWNLOAD - PLEASE CHECK BACK IN A FEW MINUTES I try to ignore it and run the Endpoint Agent Deployment Tool, but get the error " ErrorMessage:Ensure "Setup.Full.MBEndpointAgent.exe" is in the RemotePush folder of the application System.Configuration.ConfigurationException: File does not exist: C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes Discovery and Deployment\RemotePush\Setup.Full.MBEntpointAgent.exe" It's right, I
  4. We want to deploy the anti-ransomware client onto all of our corporate desktops, completely silently. How can we do this, so that the 'your system is fully protected' notification window, is not displayed on a users screen when the install is completed. This is what is displayed, even when running the msi silently. We also want to prevent any start menu shortcuts being created during the install thanks
  5. Like others, I've spent multiple days trying to resolve this, both on my own and with tech support from LabTech/ConnectWise, as we push Malwarebytes Endpoint Security installations from within the LabTech/ConnectWise Automate MSP system to systems we manage remotely. Coincidentally, we have only experienced this issue with Anti-Exploit, as Anti-Malware seems to install just fine in the absence of .NET 3.5. What's worse: after installing Anti-Exploit, we can uninstall .NET 3.5 and Anti-Exploit continues to run normally (as far as we can tell). It appears that .NET 3.5 is only necessary DUR
  6. For some reason a bunch of my posts were taken out of their respective topics and mushed into one kind of related topic, so I am reposting, with the specific questions that need to be addressed. Currently, any attempt to deploy to stock installs of Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 fail, whether the Malwarebytes management console is used, or the MSI package created using the console is deployed via other means (I have tried PDQ Deploy and Group Policy Software Installation). The root cause of this issue is a reliance on .NET 3.5, which is not activated by default on Windows 8+, and
  7. Hello, I am trying to remotely deploy the client to a machine (through the management console) but I receive the follow message after the deployment "completes": I am deploying the client to a W7 Pro, fully updated, fresh install, no odd configurations, etc. I re-imaged the PC a 2nd time, but I still get this error. I have tried a local manual install, using an msi package created by the management console. but I still end up with the same error. I imaged a different workstation (same base image) before attempting this deployment and that first deployment had no issues. So the client ap
  8. We're a K-12 school division that's a brand new MB customer. We have 50 different offices/schools that we manage, and we cover small rural and remote communities in Manitoba Canada. Most of our sites have very poor connectivity, and are configured as standalone AD domains. We currently manage software with a standardized Windows 7 image that we deploy using the linux based OSS FOG. We don't push out any software after the installation, but include everything on the image. If we create a standalone installer, and change the XML file to point to a DNS name, and have each site resolve that
