  1. I'm running Windows 7 on my laptop. It recently started behaving strangely by attempting to delete every file I click on. The "Are you sure you want to move this file to Recycle Bin" pop up appears. When I attempt to close it,multiple pop ups appear with each attempt to close. It's to such an extent that you can't do anything practical on the machine for about 10 minutes as you try to close literally hundreds of Recycle Bin pop dialog boxes. Any help with this is greatly appreciated as I'm stuck right now
  2. Can I delete ALL of the registers, programs, keys that the ADW cleaner found in the Scan process. Good afternoon! Tell me, can I delete ALL of the registers, programs, keys that the ADW cleaner found in the Scan process. Those. Will this harm my PERSONAL data on my computer? Will there be any addblock ad extensions in the browser? I attach the LOG of the scan result to the ADW cleaner. Thank you, I await your reply. Sincerely, New User.
  3. Hi, my client just gave me his laptop for basic repair. There is one issue though, when I want to remove the TEST account created there, it will, but after restart it's back. Same thing is, when I delete password for certain user, it will be deleted as long as I don't restart the computer. I tried clean boot + all the things listed here: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/181036-user-account-delete.html + sfc /scannow + all MB products I don't have a clue what's going on and where are these users stored. I don't wanna reinstall that much. I alsto noticed, that when I set, after deleting that account, to restart computer into safe mode, the account stays deleted until next restart without it. Weirdest issue of all times, but something is pretty broken. Roman
  4. Hey there everybody. I apologize if this has already been answered, but I wanted to get your advice on something as I have more than one question. My computer has been popping up with the black screen displaying "taskeng.exe" very quickly, and then it goes away. It usually only does this a bit after starting up and sometimes after opening Chrome. I looked this up and some people say it's fine, others say it could be a sign of a virus/spyware. I did open up task scheduler, go to the task scheduler library, and disabled a task called "User_Feed_Synchronization" after being advised to do so on a Microsoft forum regarding taskeng.exe issues. But apparently that didn't help, because I saw it again? Today I ran a scan with Malwarebytes and 6 threats were detected. I quarantined them, but have not deleted them yet. Should I? Do you think that would help my taskeng.exe problem? Problem is, after I did this scan, the taskeng.exe popup still came after the scan's restart. I will post my results here. Do you think the taskeng.exe is a virus, or don't worry about it? 8. Hi! I've been trying to uninstall this program as it doesn't work but I've been having a lot of trouble with it. For example I get a couple of error messages which I will screenshot and include in this post. If anyone could help me with removing this program (and maybe even telling me of any anti-malware program that works for them?) that'd be really great! -Nicole
  9. Hi! Some strange malwares are still coming back after the removal. I scanned with AdwCleaner, Mlawarebytes Anti-Malware (Free and trial for MB 3 Premium) Which are contanty appearing are: adware.ELEX and BIT files (AdwCleaner). While I was checking some files I found ACLMInstaller. I never saw it before so, I don't know if it is a safe archieve or not. Also, I recently received a notification: Site Blocked. It was the next: dubailyfestyleap (Which I don't know and I don't mind to enter there as well...) The thing is, I don't know how, I cannot delete this virus/malware/adware completely, after I scann they get deleted and the next scann there are more. How can I fix this? If you need more info please ask me to. (sorry for my english).
