Okay, so it's been 3 days since I got ransomware in my pc, and I actually don't have any hope if I can decrypt my files as I have already tried emisoft decryption tool. But for now I only want my pc to be trojan and infection free, it's okay if I don't get my files back I just want my pc to stay perfect as it was earlier. So, the thing is I used malwarebytes, it detects trojan, I delete them but that folder in program files named as suwo keep reappearing with trojan in it's files. What should I do please guide and help me or do I have to reinstall windows removing every single data??
File Assassin is not able to delete a Windows Audio/Video file. The file is locked, cannot be moved, and there's no way to look at properties. Any type of delete including File Assassin, does not work. HELP! Any Ideas? Thank you :-)
