  1. Some weeks ago I realizad my Malwarebytes date is wrong. On "next scan" it says 01/01/21 and last scan says it was on 31/12/20. In the little icon at the top of the Mac screen says that scans are being done daily but when I check reports I can see that suddenly scheduled scans are not being performed. I deleted the app and downloade it again and I think it's working fine now but I still would like to know why this happened, I am a bit worried. Thanks
  2. On the report page it is showing more than 30 days scans, despite what the header says, and it is sorting as strings (i.e. all month 9's then month 8's, etc.) rather than sorting by date. As you can see on the screenshot this results in a confusing order.

  4. so ihave a flash disk and inse of it was a file that i dont know and have much file and the date modified was weird one of the file was the date it modified was in 2109 and back in 1967 please help me clean thi virus or malware
  5. When I set up account for Malwarebytes 3 package it wasn't made clear up to which date my payment was valid. Can you tell me when this is? Best regards, Paul Grace
  6. My apologies if this is already known; I glanced down the topic list before posting. In the Reports screen (and possibly elsewhere), the dates are in American format. They should of course be in the system date format; in my case, currently European, although I am thinking of switching it to International. (edit) Oops, forgot to state: this is the current version of Malwarebytes (downloaded this week), running on Windows 10 Personal (I think 64-bit, though am not sure).

JANUARY 2nd, 2017 Around 5am this morning my date changed and the system created a restore point with a future date of 1/3/2017, I tried to restore computer but "system restore" would not work so I had to result to an Acronis back-up from the 29th. I am thinking this bug is somehow hacking my router, because since I reinstalled I could never connect to the 5.5Mhz only the 2.4Mhz would connect, but now I can connect to both, wow. Anyway this date thing happened twice now since the reinstall so I seem to be carrying an inside bug OR malwarebytes is missing this hacker when he takes over my computer. I can visualize Classrooms in China and India with hundreds of students whose soul purpose is to learn how to hack American Computers, hopefully, Trump will do something to stop this internet piracy. Unfortunately I think Malwarebytes is jumping the gun when they say that MB3 is all one needs cause it makes anti-virus obsolete ...notta. Neither Norton Security or Malwarebytes is stopping this hacking of my computer so I am looking for a fix, also when this happened ... amazingly Malwarebytes pops up a page which says to buy MB3 premium as if I am not already licensed in some form thru one of my other malwarebytes licenses. IS Malwarebytes involved in making my computer look like it is being hacked so I will fork out $39.95.... I don't mind paying for a product which does what it says but so far MB3 is not proving to be fool proof for the hackers around the world. I still respect and admire Malwarebytes I am just saying I have a problem and it needs fixing. I will attempt to download the farbar and send the associated frst and addition files. Blessings and HOPE for all of us, we surely need it.
  8. Recently started building new computer- New harddrive,installed Win7pro sp1 which shows it is activated and genuine. HOWEVER, The date on my computer has been changing. I initially noticed this when I was trying to find out why MB 3. was saying it wasn't up to date or I wasn't fully protected. I have figured if it was a bug MB 3. would have found it by now since I've been running the computer and setting the time back or up to correct it 5 or 6 times now. And in the meantime MB 3. shows I am fully protected and there are no issues found. I started looking for other possible problems since I am more of a novice at computer stuff, and thought maybe problem is in my OS. So far I have also found that Windows update is not working. Anyway downloaded that Atomic Clock thing from Cnet and evidently the windows time service was not running cause the program didn't stop anything I keep going thru the process and it did say it started the time service so I have only a vague Idea of what all this techinically does. To make a long story short seems like if the time issue was a bug or is a bug if it continues then MB3. is not catching it. And if anyone can help with the windows update problem ..that would be great... I am somewhat past the attempt to install the stand alone windows installer which seemed to STALL and never get past looking for updates on my computer, even after 35 minutes, it said it might take 15min so I planned on that however after 35 I figured I need to find something different or redo or reinstall OS and start over or something??? any ideas would be great, Thanks Kurt
  9. I would love to have the option when viewing Quarantine History to view the items in order by date. This would make it much easier to focus on the recent items detected and proceed with resolving them. Thank you, Paul M.
