  1. I have Malwarebytes Premium Lifetime. I haven't been on my computer for awhile and Malwarebytes has upgraded. My dashboard used to automatically come up. Now I can;t find it? The sample image of OneView looks like what my dashboard looked like. I'm so confused and can't seem to navigate anywhere now. Please help.
  2. Hello, as you can see in the attached screenshot we have 2 Infected Endpoints... my questions is where can i see wich Endpoint is infectet or do i even have something to do here? I have to say i have no experience with Malwarebytes. The admin guied dident helped me out. I hope someone can help me here and sorry for my englisch
  3. I notices that the break down of groups in the dashboard went away. I really mis this being able to selectec on the left and see how many on each was a great feature. The tag on the left not so much as it does not show how may in group until you click.
  4. On the cloud console dashboard, Infected: 1 . Now what? Where to go to see what's still showing as "infected"? The only place I found, which would be highly inconvenient as the deployment grows, is under the "Detections" left pane item, scrolling through ALL of the entries. Under Action Taken, some were "quarantined", some "blocked", and only one was "Found", just a registry value, "PUM.Optional.DisableShowMyComputer" , "HKU\S-1-5-21-2342763795-823332892-3551160719-1000\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\EXPLORER\ADVANCED|START_SHOWMYCOMPUTER". I'm pretty sure it is benign. Yet there's nothing to click on to allow it for all endpoints like the old Enterprise for Business product.
  5. Hi, in the last few days, the following is happening: I can't interact with malwarebytes at all. When I click to show the dashboard, it just starts the assistant.exe and that's it(see attached image). If I right click the tray, it doesn't do anything at all(same as above). So I can't interact with the program, I can't quit it, nothing. The only solution is to restart. And when I restart, everything functions as it should, but, after some time (I don't have any idea what triggers this behavior) I'll end up with the same issue. Also, it seems that malwarebytes won't update the database automatically(see attached image) when this issue appears. Any help would be appreciated.
  6. On my win 7 desktop I cannot launch the Malware-bytes dashboard from the Start Menu nor can I open the dashboard by right clicking in the icon in the the system tray. My laptop with windows 10 works as expected. Malwarebytes on the windows 7 machine appears to update the database as expected I am unable to bring open the dashboard by any means. Any thoughts on how to correct this issue?
