  1. User receiving error message via MBAE "Exploit Code Executing from HEAP Memory Blocked". I have attached contents of MBAE folder on users PC. Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit.zip
  2. My previous topic is here I have no idea what is causing this error, and if it is malware or not and I was told that I can get better support here. Some things to note: My disk is not encrypted with TrueCryptI have no other installed AVs besides MBAMA scan I did with Comodo Internet Security turned up cleanClean uninstalling and then reinstalling MBAM doesn't fix this errorThis error happens in Chameleon mode and Safe Mode Attached are the FRST and MBAM logs.   3. Whenever I try to run a scan, MBAM will ask to install database updates. Whether or not I let it install database updates, it will fail with either "SDKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed with code: 1812" or "SDKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed with code: 2". This same issue happens in both Chameleon mode and in Windows Safe Mode. I'm currently running Windows 7. (Ignore the Windows 8 theme)
  4. Alright, so I am going to reinstall Windows 7 today. The problem is, when I was going to follow the instructions on how to unregister Malewarebytes, I read this: Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent via email if using the Pro version My local computer repair store set Malwarebytes Pro up for me after I bought it, and I don't have the email? Will I be unable to unregister my product? What do I do? How do I know what email was set up with my Pro version?
