When you try to open a link to Yandex.disk, the connection is blocked. Yandex is the most used cloud in Russia, and there can be no PUP there.(I tried to open my own file where there is no malware)

MWB- Endpoint Cloud- Reporting After suffering through a couple weeks of empty scheduled reports last month we started getting them again in March, but two days ago I started receiving blank reports again, so checked the cloud console and find no data in any detection reports at all- not on dashboard, not in on-demand reports. The Excel add-in(API) also reports no results. Since we were averaging 2-3 machines reporting daily on blocked websites on endpoints, I find it hard to believe that we are suddenly not encountering any risk at all! Hey all, I'm only seeing that we can generate a report as far as 30 days back in the cloud management site. I can see detections from further back, though. Is there any way to pull a historic report of detections for a longer period? We're hoping to build a "here's how the security work we've done has impacted stuff" type of report in the future. Thanks!

Hi guys, i´m a new user of the Cloud-Solution of Malwarebytes. In the policy section, there are settings, to show the user a context menu, but i only see a scan option. I´m trying (with admin rights) to disable Malwarebytes for a view minutes. Reason: i´m trying to install a software for our production-machines... Unfortunately i can´t stop the Malwarebytes-Services. I tried to create a new group with a new policy (disabled everything) and switched the Server into this group without any results. Maybe one of you can help me out with a solution Thanks in advance Swen

Hi, Having recently signed up for the cloud endpoint solution for our company, I'm finding it a bit frustrating not to be able to do some fairly obvious simple things - maybe I'm missing something, but if not, could these features be considered? Some examples On the Detections page... I can't filter by Endpoint, or sort by any columns. More importantly I can't delete detection records, so this list will just grow to an unmanagable size - I want to be able to remove entries once I have dealt with them (e.g. if I need to talk to a user about what's been found I want to t

Hello Support, I had a enpoint protection cloud trial account and had setup some schedules and enpoint etc on here. We decided to get a license for this but I can't work out how to get my license to work. I'm my malwarebyes account there is trial & {company name} as the options but when I sign into malwarebyes cloud it is still in trial. Does the license automatically apply once the trial is up or what do I do? Cheers, Moses

I have a suggestion for the Task Status tag. When MB Cloud completes a task, it shows the task as "Success". The problem with this is that it shows status "Success" even if the task itself failed. I had this happen to me when MB quarantined an important file on a server shortly after rollout. As I was monitoring I quickly tried to restore it via MB, and when it showed "Success" I thought all was OK. Several hours later I was informed that the system was in fact not working, and after digging through MB Clouds event log for that particular server (endpoint) it showed a "Warning" and

I need some clarification on the difference between the following Enterprise Cloud options: Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection Malwarebytes Incident Response(IR) In the policy you can't enable both options so I don't understand which one I should be using in the policy. Do they both provide the same level of protection. The IR doesn't load a separate process on my Windows 7 desktop. Also the documentation indicates that the IR option is not signature based solution. I have started using ZipCloud for online backup, but Malwarebytes is identifying it as a PUP. I have added the ZipCloud directory (in Program Files (x86)) to the exclusions, but I don't really want any folder excluded from Malwarebytes protection. Why are ZipCloud installation files flagged? I've just paid for their services and it makes me uneasy that Malwarebytes is flagging their items as PUP. Please advise.
