  2. Hello!. I am working on a report that would show unregistered clients in management console. I need to export a list of unregistered clients to excel. The option is there but is grayed out. I am using management console 1.8. Attached is a screenshot. Any suggestions?

My brother returned my laptop, but I just realize some suspicious programs installed in the PC like "Anonymizer Gadget" And "Chameleon System Monitor" Also I see "vmxclient" And "client" running in the task manager that I can't kill, NOD32 and Malwarebytes dosen't detect. I also search online but I can't find any solution. What I can do? Thanks!

  5. I just downloaded the current MBES and installed it on my server. I notice that the versions are different then what I have installed on my clients. My question is will the clients pull down the upgraded software or do I have to push it down or is there another way to do that. I did use the client push option for one, just to see what the version difference is.
  6. Hello, MalwareBytes Endpoint Security MBMC Version We recently have begun to having an issue where our clients will not communicate with the management console after rebooting. We will push a fresh install to the machine and it will operate normally until a reboot and then it appears to go offline permanently. Furthermore, the client will not update even though the clients' active policy is set to download new definitions from the internet if the server is not accessible. For all intents and purposes, the client appears to be running on the machine, just not updating. I have attached a sanitized version of a client's sccomm log (which also hasn't updated since it went offline). On the 7th of October we reinstalled the client on a machine and it went unresponsive to the server after shutting down that everning. The machine is a Windows 10 Enterprise x64 OS and the logon user's name is "Richard." On the server itself, the meeclientservice is running. Please advise. sccomm-sanitized.txt
  7. All of our clients appear to be 2 hours behind in updates throughout the day on a consistent basis. Of the 600 managed, the reporting interface shows <10 as on the most current release at any time. When manual updates are triggered on clients (from client desktop), client shows that it is on an older than most currently available definition, but reports that it is up to date (and does not download the most current definition. Are there any guides to troubleshooting Update Lag / Update Issues
  8. I have Malwarebytes Enterprise version and the database version is V2015.01.26.06. My Windows 8.1 PC Malware client was at V2015.01.25.10. I clicked on the Check for updates” button within the client and it said “You have the latest database version”. I was able to push the latest database update out using the Management console. Do I have something configured wrong or is this an issue that needs to be resolved? Thank you, MGard
  9. Hello everybody, I installed MEE some time ago. Great Software. No problems. Until now. We had some problems with a workstations browser functionality. I analyzed the problem and found that the MySearchResults.com search engine was installed. I started a totalscan from the management console. Totalscan was started (blue) Totalscan finished after some time (green) Nothing found. We use MEE-Client in silent mode. I installed the Client again with a new policy so I could start it on the Workstation. I started totalscan directly on the workstation again and it found over 30 infections. In the management console I couldn't find nothing in the logs about the Scan I started directly on the Workstation. I have two questions: 1. How is it possible that the scan started with the management console didn't find nothing? 2. Why can't i see the scanresult of the manually started scan on the workstation. A User can start a scan and I as an Administrator can't see that the User startet a scan, nor the scan results?
