  1. Guys, I've got a big problem. Yesterday, while working on my system, I received notification (ostensibly from Malwarebytes) that there was an update to download which I dutifully did and installed. Now, when I try and do a scan, I get a pop-up message telling me that I can no longer connect to the Service. What gives? Up to this point, I've been happy with the product. Now, I'm wondering. Please restore my faith in said product and get me rolling again. I've got Windows 10 and I'm signed up for almost 2 more years. Thanks for any help in advance. Fogmill

Insecure Settings - Development mode (Turned Off) 6. I press to turn on 7. I the get the message "The needed screen cannot be opened. Please open it manually" This is where I need help. What screen and where to open it manually? Thanks in advance.

I then uninstalled both browsers in hopes to reinstall a non-corrupt version of the browsers through Microsoft Edge but that will not connect either. So as a last attempt I looked to install either browser throu
  4. Pro version. In an office of 10+ computers, several with XP SP3, I find myself as the only one dealing with this recent update problem. Icon remains grayed out, cannot enable services even with clicking on them directly. Starts grayed out with windows. Have tried multiple restarts, have done uninstall (with clean tool) and reinstall. Termincal services is automatic. Attached info that seems necessary. Only have 2 protection logs present. Looking for immediate assistance. Thanks. ------------- mbam-check result log version: 1.10.0.1000 Malwarebytes Version: REG_SZ 1.65.0.1400 Date Log Cr
