  1. Hi, so as of the latest update the program froze on my computer. Now it won't update, it won't close, won't reopen after trying force close, and the support tool is not working. It's on an infinite loop. I am a premium member and can't even access my software. Please help. Thanks, Mitch
  2. The browser extension has 2 buttons 1: GO BACK, 2: CONTINUE TO SITE (I'm not 100% sure about this as it is not visible) The GO BACK button is a NOOP (doesn't do anything) on Windows 10 all updates applied.
  3. The Web Protection isn't turning on and the scan is stuck on pre-scan operations. I've tried to use a malwarebytes cleaner and it failed can someone help. mb-clean-results.txt
  4. Malwarebytes 3.x Webprotection failure to start is STILL broken A/O 29 Jan 18. My system Win10 Malwarebytes version: 3.3.1.2183 Component package version: 1.0.0 Update package version: 1.0.3814 I have read most of the posts on this forum relating to this CONTINUOUSLY REOCCURRING problem since Saturday, 27 Jan 18. None of these alleged "fixes" have worked. Do you folks not do regression testing? I can no longer recommend Malwarebytes to my friends and colleagues. Most of these people lack the computer skills to deal with the CONTINUING errors pushed out by Malwarebytes.
  5. I used Malwarebytes to remove a PUP but immediately after it deleted the quarantined files, the Start Menu and system apps stopped working. I have searched online and found n umerous solutions; however nothing I've done so far has helped at all. Does anyone have any ideas?
  6. I'm running MBAM Pro 3.1.2.1733 update package version 1.0.2276. I've installed all updates, including Update Package 1.0.1976 (supposedly the fix in the now closed topic Malwarebytes 3.1.2 Exploit Protection Won't Turn On) I'm running Win 10 Pro V. 1703 OS Build 15063.413 on a new Dell Inspirion laptop with Intel Core i77700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 64 bit, 16GB ram. Windows says everything is up to date. The only other Anti-Virus protection running is Windows Defender. And ... I've still got the MBAM Exploit Protection disabled, constant alerts that I'm not protected and getting pretty
  7. Well after this morning version 3.0.6 decided to not start the web protection anymore I thought to myself let's install version 3.1.2 to see if that works... Uninstalled 3.0.6, run the Clean MBAM setup, Installed 3.1.2. incl. Multiple restarts. Everything worked fine on version 3.0.6 until this morning... Nope It does not work. Trying to run a Scan Threat, Hyper or Custom. Results in a 2-15 Second Scan in which Malwarebytes is only "Checking for Updates" and stops without scanning anything. Operating system is Windows 10 Pro x64 Creators Update. Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.c
  8. Hello, Yesterday I started a custom full scan off all my HDDs and my SSD including rootkits. This due to one of my accounts being hacked recently so I wanted to make sure that I didn't have any malware on my PC. I left the computer for a couple of hours to let it finishand when I came back and turn on my screen I see a CMD looking GRUB rescue mode console that I can run commands in. I tried to restart my computer and to change my boot disc but it always shows this GRUB thing. I googled on how to fix it but nothing of what I saw worked. What also confuses me is that almost all videos I hav
