Their website "petrolabs.com" is being blocked by Malwarebytes with the following description: "Your Malwarebytes blocked this website because it may be phishing you.". I scanned the original website and could find nothing. Since then, I have deleted the old website and uploaded a completely new one which shared no code or files with the previous one. I also insisted on a new IP address. Unfortunately the site is still being blocked. Could you please take a look at this? I have set an exclusion for myself but that does n
  2. Hi there, Our new website is blocked by MalewareBytes. We changed our domain (from www.remediasolutions.com to www.remedia.tech) 2-3 weeks ago. I understand the authority is garbarge for the moment, I'd just like to know if we can resolve this (we were planning to launch today). Could this block be remove or could our website be whitelisted somewhere? Thanks!

I also attached the actual log from Malwarebytes below. I ran the FRST program that also produced the FRST.txt and Addition.txt files which I attached below. I got the same pop-up on about two weeks ago, but it appeared to be cleared up. I also attached the actual log from Malwarebytes below. This happened when I temporarily disabled AdBlock in order to test out another browser extension for my email account. I also ran adwcleaner and also Rogue Killer, but they didn't find anything, so I'm assuming everything is ok and Malwarebytes is just doing it's thing. Has anyone else gotten this pop-up? -Blocked Website Details- Malicious Website: 1 , , Blocke

It is being blocked but I would prefer to remove it from the system for I do not know when it might cause damage. I have run the anti-rootkit software and run the system scans and have still have been unable to remove such. How can I get rid of it before it becomes a major issue?

  16. Hi there, my first time posting on your forums here, but I've been a fan of Malwarebytes for as long as I can remember. Great tool, it's helped me so much over the years. (and so far I really like what I see in regards to the Premium, I will most likely purchase it, especially now with this problem...) So here it is. On my previous windows installation (Windows 7) I got some really nasty malware that was loading ads from a bunch of different places, but most notably "adnetworkperformance.com". I downloaded Malwarebytes Premium, to see if it could fix the problem, but no dice. I tried run

  19. I run Malwarebytes premium and windows defender together. I have been hit with Ransomware and other viruses that are usually blocked before they destroy everything, but still makes it a huge PITA. These are hitting a computer that is never on the internet, except its used to remote into via remote desktop. I got frustrated and completely replace the computer and it's still happening (moved data over). Despite not being on the internet, Malwarebytes is constantly blocking websites according to the log. Just looking for help in where I can look and what I can do to prevent this! Any help

  22. Good Afternoon, I am writing because Malwarebytes is wrongly identifying all websites owned by USTechSupport as 'potentially malicous'. These include the following sites: www.ustechsupport.com, www.shop.ustechsupport.com, www.mycleanpc.com, www.shop.mycleanpc.com, www.speedcounts.com, www.cleanpcnow.com, and more. There is nothing malicious about our websites, so please let me know the reason for the blacklist and the actions we can take to get whitelisted. Thanks for your help!
  23. The address stated above is being blocked. This is the ip address for hxxp://wcmlibraryDOTorg. The web site is clean. I am the Web editor for the site and both myself and FatCow have scanned the system and there are no known malware on the system. If you try to go to the site, it will immediately stop you. I have to turn off the web protection to access it. Please fix this. Thanks Patrick Raiford
  24. Hi, I have already spoken to your team regarding my website being blocked. You said that my server is blocked because it is used to host malware but said if I post my address here that you could allow traffic to my url. My case number was 716906. Thank you.
  25. From time to time i get a popup-message like "Access to a potentially dangerous website blocked", although i don't surf (Firefox is on, but quiet). Below the nessgae comes the offending IP. The Popup lasts only seconds, so that i can hartly notice it (to find out who is it) My questions: Can i re-read the popup-message anywhere? Why pops it up when i dont surf?
