  1. I found blocks against two addresses that I trust, so I set malware allowances for both put.re and s.put.re Then, I tried to view previously blocked content in the context of Reddit. A previously set allowance is not effective, so I find it necessary to also allow malware at www.reddit.com 2019-09-09 05:39 Malwarebytes.mp4 I do not want to allow malware at Reddit. Please, can this type of issue be resolved? 2. Hi, All 1st. I am already have done to scan virus program. Nothing to find it. How can I unblock my website?? also, I don't get it, File location means.. File : C:/Program files(X86)/google/chrome/appication/chrome.exe
  3. I am also having the same issue. I have run all the tools to no avail. I have attached the requested files. Obviously, I don't want to just ignore the messages, I want to actually delete the adware or whatever it is. Help please. Thanks. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  4. I have the same problem--smartlink.cool--but I do not want to "silence" the warning, I want to find and remove the offending source. I have performed all the steps in the post by miekiemoes but the problem remains. I also ran AdwCleaner to no avail. What can I do?
  5. I keep getting popups from MalwareBytes saying it's blocked smartlink.cool - which is nice - but it would be good to be able to say: "Just block this, log it, but don't bother telling me every time."
  6. Receiving a constant stream of popups from Malwarebytes about a riskware website being blocked. There is no domain given, and it continues even if I am not accessing my browser. It is referencing System32\svchost.exe. This file also exists in SysWOW64 once and WinSxS twice. The IP address is 123.123.123.123. A malwarebytes scan does not find anything, and I've run adwcleaner. I've uploaded an export of one of the event logs, and I can upload whatever other log data is needed. Would like help in identifying if this is a stream of false positives, or if some other malicious file is causing the popups. Thank you. report_log.txt

  11. Every time I open chrome, Avast blocks a website named Deloton.com. I've been doing some research and it seems it is a bowser hijacker that injects adds into your bowser. I'm glad avast is able to block it, but how do I remove it completely? Both Malwarebytes and Avast detect nothing. I attached Avast notice of block and the requested logs. Thanks. 12. User received blocks for the two attached sites, both related to ad-blocking extensions on the Chrome store. Thanks! cdn.ad-blocker.org (69.164.0.0) adblocker.pcvark.com. (184.173.21.164) Site Blocks.7z
  13. Have an odd situation. My MalwareBytes Premium is repeatedly showing blocks for an inbound IP address (we'll call it 199.99.9.9 for example) on port 53. I am running this on a personal 2008 server that does have MS DNS running and the server is behind a Cisco router that has an explicit ACL deny for 199.99.9.0/24. I've scanned the inbound connections on both the router and the server and do NOT see that IP address connected nor does the access-list show any matches for that IP being denied. Still, MalwareBytes is repeatedly blocking that IP about 50 times every 15 minutes. Any ideas where I should be digging deeper?
  14. Sometimes your program shows me the notification a connection is was blocked by it. The program spams the notification. If It starts, It would not stop for a period of some minutes. I have tried to look at your log files and detect the process what does this. Unfortunately, the program doesn't report process's Id, only the Process's file, which is, in my case, svchost.exe Please help me remove this spyware (I pretty sure it is a spyware). Thanks in Advance, Mizaro
  15. My other machine is blocked from the Internet as reported by Chrome and IE. Malwarebytes is blocking outbound every few seconds, referring to dropbox, norton wifi privacy, chrome, etc. I ran both Norton and Malwarebytes without a cable or wireless enabled. Neither found any issue. I'm typing this from another machine using the same network with no issue. Two other machines have accessed the network, also with no issues. I need some assistance to get the faulty machine back online. Thanks. Joel
  16. why is Malwarebytes v3.3.1.2183 blocking userportal.driversupport I realize MB is stating a detection as malicious, however first I do not know why Norton's ncolow.exe is part of this detection as I do not have DriverSupport, DriverHQ or Driver Detective installed. IP 162.242.141.143 that it shows per Whois belongs to Cloud Loadbalancing a Service, which gives me no clue as to what program may have initiated an Outbound utilizing ncolow.exe I do use 3 different web-browser simultaneously does anyone have insight to how this may occur ? Thank you, Doc
  17. I installed Malwarebytes to scan for potential viruses on my PC. Following that scan I had no issues shown on my system. However, I was placed on the Premium trial during which MAlwarebytes was using its active protection to detect and block access to "malicious sites". However, this blocked me from using many trusted services, including application like Teamspeak and Discord as well as seeming to block any and all use of game servers. I attempted to use the exclusion function to restore my access however that has yet to work. I also attempted to uninstall Malwarebytes, however the issue persisted. Since leaving the premium trial, I no longer get notifications that sites or ips have been blocked. However I was never given the specific IP or files that were deemed malicious. At this point, all I know is that my computer is still connected to the internet, I can still access normal websites, but most if not all of gaming related online functions are blocked off from my use. Games on Steam as well as Battlenet and Origin are being blocked. mb-check-results.zip
  18. Malwarebytes is blocking websites that I trust. This week Malwarebytes started blocking all safe sites that were allowed last week. Links in my email to other sites such as Meetup.com, Google Photos, Facebook, Flickr, USPS, and other safe sites are not accessible. I received https://block.malwarebytes.com/I should not need to manually whitelist the entire internet in Exclusions Settings section of Malwarebytes. Currently, the only option is to remove Malwarebytes. Please fix immediately. Malwarebytesblocked a suspected bad URL or an unwanted program.Learn More
  19. Yesterday, Malwarebytes -- I have Premium Version 3.3.1 -- started blocking safe sites that I frequently access directly from my email. When I click on a link in my email, I get https://block.malwarebytes.com/. This happens in Chrome and Firefox Quantum. I added the blocked URLs to the list of exclusions in my Malwarebytes settings, but the problem persists.
  20. My Web Protection (3.2.2) will not turn on even with a reinstall. It stays in the "starting" mode.
  21. I use Malwarebytes 3 Premium on Windows 7, and recently I've been getting a lot of spam from the domain mx4.earthlink.net which triggers Malwarebytes notifications that a website is blocked. They keep popping up, showing that whatever it is in the email is continually trying sequential ports until it finds one it can get through. The notifications continue for a while even after the email is deleted, so it appears that something is continuing to run on my computer (I'm attaching one of the notifications). Eventually it stops, and I don't know if that means it got through a port, because the spamming is increasing each day, which shows they think they have a live one. I use Thunderbird for email, blocking everything except text, unless I approve to download content, which of course I don't. I've run scans with Malwarebytes, and no threats are found. My questions are 1) Why do notifications continue after the email is deleted and does Malwarebytes definitely block ALL ports? and 2) since all of these are coming from one domain, is there any way to block that particular domain from coming in, if that makes any sense? For some reason, since my ISP is Earthlink, they won't allow me to block a domain that is one of theirs. Thank you for your help!
