  1. Recently after each daily scan Malwarebytes has been reporting a particular PUP that it's asking if I want to quarantine. I always do want to, so I click on quarantine. However, I'd rather that Malwarebytes just quarantine all PUPs on its own without asking. In my settings under protection I have automatic quarantine turned on. Shouldn't it be doing this automatically? If not, is there something I'm missing? It never used to do this, but it's possible that one of the websites I visit is causing the PUP.
  2. Hi all, (apologies for my poor English, i'm french) A few years ago it was possible to automatically update database AND MBAM itself, why this is not allowed today ? It will be more secure and user friendly for Rookies (wich i'm not). I think thats not a good idea that we have a download redirection to CNET for MBAM, why not putting direct download links on your website ?   3. Is MBAE Premium yearly subscription manual or automatic using a credit card? I encountered the message below before making a purchase. I prefer manual, letting myself decide before the expiration date when to renew, depending on current monthly cash flow. Though I currently use MBAE latest beta and happy with it, my decision whether or when to upgrade is dependent on this. If automatic, have to wait until I have a credit card that expires less than a year from now. Too many problems with automatic billing (not MB) with other prodcuts and services in the past. 'I confirm that I am signing up for a subscription product that will be billed in regular intervals. Continued use of the purchased product is contingent upon my payment of the subscription. Details about the price and frequency of the billing were shown to me in the shopping cart above.'
  4. The 'Automatically upgrade to new versions' option is not keeping the software up to date. Latest available download of MBAE is version, however installed version of MBAE still shows even though 'Automatically upgrade to new versions' is checked.
  5. Hi; I have installed Malwarebytes Pro by deployment. Every computer and the software is installed by login Administrator from the computer. When I'm logged in as Administrator, the update is working fine and I receive a message that Malwarebytes is updated. When I'm not logged in as Administrator (this is also the case for all my colleagues) but as a member of the domain, Malwarebytes is mentioning that the database is out of date. After clicking Yes, the program is updated. It's working ok but I don't want that my users have to click on it. The update has to be automatically. Do I have to 'play' more with the settings (notify, user authentication etc.)? Greetings, Geert
  6. I was under the impression, in purchasing MB Pro, that definitions were updated automatically. It seems they are, but only once a day (which would seem to negate at least part of the programme's utility.) Am I missing something here?
