I am running Malwarebytes (MB) Premium 22.214.171.1245 on Windows 8.1 Professional in a domain environment. Initially after I installed MB there were two scheduled tasks (installed by default): Hourly Check for Updates, and Daily Threat Scan After a couple of weeks, the user started getting message that no update had been done for several days. I checked in MB > Settings > Automated Scheduling and there were no (zero) tasks listed. Something had removed them both. I used the app to re-define the two default tasks and they now appear to be OK. I wonder what deleted them and if it will do it again? Thanks!
