  1. I disabled the Auto-Renew function a year ago at my last renewal. I decided I was going to cancel at the end of the subscription. I was just notified that I was renewed, yesterday. I checked my credit card statement, and, sure enough, there was the charge to renew for another year. I have spent the last hour searching all over the site trying to find where I can again TRY to disable that function. The only thing I have found is how to ENABLE the Auto-Renew, and it says I can't do that because it is already enabled. I don't want another year's subscription, but all the notices say they will not refund, or cancel a paid subscription. Even though they offer a "30-day money back guarantee" ! The only thing I've found is to cancel the whole subscription. Does that kill my coverage that I just paid for? All I want to do is have manual control as to renewal when the end of term comes, not cancel coverage already paid for. Does anyone have any ideas about how to simply disable the Auto-Renew feature ?
