  2. Hi there, MBAM 3.3.1 doesnt work anymore all of a sudden. Web protection doesnt turn on and it keeps crashing my pc. This isn't cool its the second time this happens. I am thinking about switching to Kaspersky soon if these error come up all the time. This isnt the first time this happens and certainly not what I pay for. Last time the only solution was to reinstall windows completely. I am not doing that again. Please help it was working last night. I am on windows 10 and no other anti viruses software is running.   4. For the past 2 weeks I've been looking for help on removing this virus that I've obtained due to my stupidity. What this virus does is that an exe that has different names after resetting my computer every time will appear in task manager and in the system32 folder, at the moment, it's called wdesziusvc.exe; when i hover my cursor over it it, it says TOSHIBA CORPORATION. After that appears, I won't be able to make restore points, download certain anti-viruses, and go into a recovery environment the normal way (I'd have to tap Shift + F8 upon start up). if wdesziusvc has internet access, it'll

That screenshot was a picture of me trying to install Anti-Malawarebytes in Safe-Mode FYI it says the same thing in normal mode and the only thing I could install without it running into an error on safe-mode was team viewer, I can't delete the Trojan files it says that I need administrator permission but I am the only user on the computer, I can't open task manager, I can't open command prompt (admin) and for some reason there is this new thing that is in control of my files called Trusted Installer I even tried using the run app but now I think there is more than one virus help me I need hel
  7. First of all I am really sorry for my bad english, since it is not my main language. So yesterday (May 01) I using my computer like usual with nothing wrong, I turned it off and went to sleep. When I woke up my login image was gone, and all of my desktop files and some other ones were completely unopenables and had a realy weird name (later i discovered it was this type of name: .id_<id>_gebdp3k7bolalnd4.onion._' ), I spent all time I could doing some research, passsing scans and installing some anti viruses, some detected small stuff, some detected nothing.   8. Hi, Second attempt at this post as "froze" on log paste window.... so now attached files... Have tried to remove " reimage " on a number of occasions, but keeps coming back... also a extension on chrome, I suspect as a problem also returns after deleting/ removing... as two particular pup files being quarantined repeatedly and removed.... with MBAM and another malware site actually listing itself on your exclusion website list ?   9. I run a scan on my system since I started to have problems with internet explorer opening by itself with random ads and found 25 items. I don't know what to delete from these since I don't want to damage the system. Is anyone willing to help me? I've ran the scan normally, not in safe mode.
