  2. I've been experiencing an intermittent problem since I upgraded to MB v3.2.2 where the Malwarebytes icon doesn't load in the system tray at boot-up. I can still launch MB from my start menu when this happens so I don't think it's affecting my real-time protection, and the icon loads correctly if I re-boot my system. I don't know if this is a coincidence, but I have my automatic Threat Scans set to run once every three days at 6:00 PM and mbamtray.exe only crashes at boot-up on the days that I have a Threat Scan scheduled to run. I had one or two of these crashes in the past with MB

  5. Ok, so I installed this program just last week, and everything has been fine. Today, I have the computer on and all of a sudden, I get a blue screen saying to restart the computer. I did not get a chance to actually get the error code for this, as I had no idea what happened (and I'm sick, so my focus is mostly shot). Now, Malwarebytes won't start. The Anti-Exploit that came with the Anti-Malware is working fine, but I can't get the Anti-Malware to work at all now. Here's the error I get when I try to open Malwarebytes Anti-Malware: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Appl

  8. This is the response from my original post: The logs indicate that there is probably some type of infection going on. I would suggest following the advice from the topic here: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers (http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=119858 and having one of the experts assist you with looking into the issue. After scanning and cleaning if you continue to have updating issues that the helper is unable to resolve please let us know. My Original Post: I have been using Malwarebytes since before 2012 and it has always worked well. Recently
  9. Windows 7 Pro, 32bit. (NOT my system) A friends that I work with. Trying to install Mbam to run a scan, they had tons of random applications and tool bars installed as usual. Removed those and now I want to run Mbam and just clean up all the random stuff or anything else I have missed. I can download and install the software. However when I get the GUI and attempt to run an update or a scan of the system, getting AppCrash logs. Any help would be appreciated, honestly Mbam has always worked great for me. I have been using it for 5+ years. Never really had a problem I couldn't fix or had to lo
