  1. I stumble upon USB not recognized complete failure. I've went into device manger then uninstalled most of every Universal Serial Bus Controller then restarted. And it doesn't help just ends up failing again. Device USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&168aab09&0&1 had a problem starting.
