Hi, So Malwarebytes won't open. I'm worried that it got corrupted or something. I tried reinstalling, it just stopped midway so I had to force close. So then I installed the Malwarebytes Support Tool, and I did a LOG check. I hope there aren't any problems. I just want to open Malwarebytes to see if my computer is fine. I'm scared. mbst-grab-results.zip

I'm not impressed with what has been happening to my computer every day since I installed the update. Every day at no particular time of day, the computer freezes, and if I'm not at the computer it stays frozen. When I come back even the time is stuck on the time it froze. All I can do is manually turn the computer off and on. If I had known this was going to happen I would have kept the old version with the Anti Exploit separate - I never had anything like this happen previous to this update. I hope you have a fix for this! Joanne

I acquired Malwarebytes Antimalware Pro at 2014 and in the last year I upgraded to version 3.0. About a month ago I installed your Antiransomware beta and then lately I started having issues upon MBAM program launch at startup. I am getting a pop up window with title "Unable to start" and containing the text "Unable to connect the service". I tried uninstalling MBAM but it has not been possible. I also tried with the uninstall utility you provide, but no luck. I would appreciate of you could provide indications that would help me solve the issue. I attach logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and mbam-check (as detailed at https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/146024-assistance-obtaining-computer-system-information/ ) Regards CheckResults.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt

Hi, everybody. I'm writing this thread because I've tried almost every solution to fix malwarebytes installation. I've tried the uninstallation, reboot and still get the error ''malwarebytes external exception e06d7363''. I don't know what to do. Also, my Windows Defender doesn't let me open it although I have its directory folder. This month, I've been having some pop ups of ''Zuonami3'' saying it has stopped working every time I log to my computer. It's obviously a malware. I need to install Malwarebytes in order to kill that malware. Please, I need help. I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2. Addition.txt FRST.txt

Hello Internet, my name is Midas (Obvious alias is obvious) and I have been cleaning up some old computers around the office for a few months now. Since the latest MBAM update, I've noticed that the program tends to hang on some computers, always in the same spot (i.e. on the same file), when running a scan. I am using an free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. I update the program fully before starting the scans. This has occurred about 5 times between mid September to today. More informatin: The program never stops responding, and I can even cancel a hanging scan. But I've let it sit for three hours, and it didn't budge an inch.

I've had my Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for about a week. Everything seemed fine until the error box popped up "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" This has been happening over a week. I have a Windows XP Home Edition Version 5.1 Service pack 3

Alright so here is my situation as it stands at this time. Caught zeroaccess over the weekend, though didn't know it at the time. Realized it on Sunday evening and been fighting it since. I typically run Malwarebytes, AVG and CCleaner. This combination has kept me clean for several years running now. When I started fighting this thing I ran all three. I have found that AVG sees it but cannot clean it. Malwarebytes thought it cleaned it but now does not see it, and the same with CCleaner. It has gotten to the point now where it has shut down access to the internet for everything but IE and hijacks that browser unless I type the address directly. If I try to follow a link it will be hijacked. I have been through the board here and followed some of the more genaric steps provided for others who have had this one, to include running a couple of the tools recommended to find it. I will attach the logs from the last day of activity. So I can find it but cannot get rid of it nor restore access to the windows firwall and the rest of internet accessing programs.
