  2. Hello I am having trouble installing MB3. I had the same trouble uninstalled a previous MB3 version too but I uninstalled with the Malwarebytes Clean Uninstall Tool. I thought I could just reinstall the software but even after that I still can't. Attached are the logs from MB Check. Thank you very much! mb-check-results.zip
  3. Hi We cannot view any reports from the management console, we get the error: Server Error in '/active' Application. See the attached screen shot The same error happens when going to the web page to download the management console onto a workstation. This was working previously and there were not changes to IIS made on the managementserver, that we are aware of. It has since been rebooted, and also had IIS restarted. But the problem still exists, Any help out there would be great
  4. Hello... I'm a premium user here and need some help. First off, I have NO SIGNS of infection whatsoever (I guess we'll see ). My computer runs wonderfully.. My ONLY problem is that I am unable to upgrade (and now I cannot even install) MBAM 3.x. I had been running version 3 already and started having a problem only after I was prompted to install your most recent update. The setup launched and as soon as I clicked "OK" to the default of ENGLISH I get this error (attached). I was persistent to get your latest version installed so I started troubleshooting. I saw the other post about checking for "Malwarebytes" in the UNTRUSTED certificates for this same "Could not call proc" error but it was not found there. I manually downloaded your latest version (mb3-setup-consumer- and still same error. I ended up downloading your latest MBAM cleaner (mb-clean- to remove v3 because I noticed I got the SAME ERROR when I tried to UNINSTALL v3 I thought this was important to highlight for you. So... I went back to an older MBAM 2 and it installed just fine. I updated it, ran a full scan, nothing found. I'm stumped as to why v3 is no longer cooperating. The only thing I have recently changed was installing a new router. Thank you in advance! CheckResults.txt Addition.txt FRST.txt
  5. When installing MalwareBytes 3.0 I receive the following error: "Runtime Error (at 14:76): Could not call proc." I have even used the mb-clean- program and done a fresh install of the newest MBAM3 software mb3-setup-consumer- and installed as admin but nothing I try seems to work! I am horribly frustrated and would greatly appreciate any assistance I can get overcoming this issue. =-) System Info: OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393 Other OS Description Not Available OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation System Name MONOLYTH System Manufacturer To be filled by O.E.M. 11. Malwarebytes Pro stopped working last week, I learned I can update to Premium. I get runtime errors. Can I get my key if needed? How do I update if my program is not working or can I uninstall and then install Premium? I don't think Malwarebytes has actually been working for some time, as it does not find malware and has wrong dates for actions. It may be corrupt.
  12. I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro, 64-bit, and I transferred my Malwarebytes Pro key onto it from my old laptop some months ago. Everything has seemed fine until recently. Last night, I noticed that my MBAM notification icon was not appearing in the right end of my taskbar (I had set to always show), so I tried opening MBAM, and it asked for permission, which I granted, but it did not open. I've tried using Chamelion, and all thirteen attempts failed. I ran a boot-time scan and full system scan with avast!, and both came up clean. Then I uninstalled MBAM and tried reinstalling it, but the installation flashed me with several runtime errors, and I am still unable to start MBAM. I also tried a system restore, but that gave me a message saying that it was unable to restore. Coincidentally, or maybe not, Firefox has been occasionally freezing up and forcing me to reboot for the past few days.
  13. I've tried to run Malwarebytes, but it didn't run. I uninstalled and reinstalled as mentioned on the website, and it still won't run. My HP Pavilion dm1 is running extremely slow with pop up ads and unresponsive scripts. When I try to run Malwarebytes, I get the error messages: "Internal error: Expression error 'Runtime Error (at 45:89): Expression exception E06D7363" and "Runtime Error (at 69:252): External exception E06D7363" and "Internal error: Expression error 'Runtime Error (at 79:177): Expression exception E06D7363" I ran Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and followed those instructions. Here are the logs! FRST.txtAddition.txt Please help, thank you so much!
  14. I'm running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (Trial) on a Windows XP Home Edition sp3 Dell Inspiron laptop. This is a fresh installation of Malwarebytes on a computer I haven't used in over a year. The installation appeared successful, but the database is out of date and when I try to update it I get a dialog with the following text: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\mbam.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. Selecting "OK" on the dialog will close it and kill the Malwarebytes application. If I try to start a scan I get the same behavior. I've used mbam-clean- to uninstall Malwarebytes and then did a fresh install and the problem persists. I tried mbam-clean again, then installed with Malwarebytes Chameleon (ver. The installation appeared successful, during which there is a dialog that says the database was successfully updated from version v2013.04.04.07 to version v2014.06.17.12, then ran a full scan successfully, but the final version installed is I uninstalled version and downloaded Chameleon ver. 3.1.4, but when the latest chameleon is installing mbam I get the same Runtime Error dialog that happens when I try to update or scan with 2.0.2, at which point the installation dies. Any help to get the latest Malwarebytes Anty-Malware installed and running would be appreciated (I have a premium account, but I don't want to waste an activation on this laptop if the latest mbam is going to have problems with the older Windows OS). Thank you, Michael
  15. Last night I loaded Malwarebytes. Downloading went ok but I got Internal error: Expression error 'Runtime Error' / External exception E06D7363 when I tried to load it. I deleted it and used a link for a clean install on this forumn. I was able to run the the program and it found 85 various problems. During this process the computer crashed to a black screen with a blinking white cursor. I was able to get it back and then it happened again. Not it won't come back. What is happening? Any advice? Thnx! Mahlerosa
  16. Help! I have an old HP laptop that runs Vista 32 bit system. Dinosaur I know, but still works pretty well. After having updated to the new Malwarebytes 2.0 last month and it working like a charm, today I suddenly received an onscreen message after starting up my laptop that Windows could not run Malewarebytes and had closed the program. After re-starting a few times to see if it could be some type of temporary error, I ran the Checkdisk operation in the hopes that reparsing and repairing might help, but it did not. After going to the Malwarebytes website and checking for some type of update, the following message appeared onscreen: Internal error: Expression error 'Runtime Error (at 57:177):External exception E06D7363.' Can anyone please advise what this means and what I need to do? Is it something pretty simple or am I in some trouble? Thanks in advance! Respectfully,
