  1. Hi, I am running MWB (Pro) version on a Windows 7 64-bit PC. I had to do a clean install of the OS so I installed MWB off of the installation disc I had purchased years ago. It says I am out of date, of course, but when I try to update I get the error: program_error_updating (12007,0,WinHttpSendRequest) Any help solving this and getting me current?
  2. Out of date detected but update failed : Malwarebytes Anti‐Malware An error has occurred. Please report this issue to our support team ﴾include the content of all error message﴾s﴿ and code﴾s﴿ in your submission﴿. PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING ﴾0, 0, SSL Exception﴿ No additional info/error messages provided.
  3. I installed Malwarebytes today and when it went to update recieved the error Program_error_updating (0, 0, I/O error) dds.txt attach.txt
  4. Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Build date: 7/3/2012 1:46:41 PM Issue: I am logged in as a user with no admin privileges. When I manually update Malwarebytes (right click on Malwarebytes tray icon and select "Check for Updates"), it connects to server and downloads the update for the database. Prior to installation, I get the following error: PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (5, 0, MBAMFileIO::WriteFile) Access is denied. When I log in as admin and perform the same steps, it works. Also, the scheduled update works as well when logged in with no admin privileges. Should a users with no admin privileges be allowed to update the database?
