Hi, I desperately need help here. I am using Malwarebytes Premium installed on Windows 10 build 1809. Somehow this malware got through and it has been very persistent. Malwarebytes scans do not detect it and even after a system reset, it comes back. I notice that there are folders that should not be there and suspect that the virus has created a virtual drive from which to launch a fake copy of my windows system. The reason why I suspect I am infected is that everytime I click on an application file. I get a pop up with Chinese characters. So far it has been a irritant because it seems to run on a schedule. However, running programs from Desktop seems to bypass the virus for a short period of time. Scanning with both Windows Defender and Malwarebytes reveal nothing an I fear both have been compromised. Running Trend Micro's Anti-Threat Toolkit picked out 14 threats. But even after cleaning nthensustem.after that and rebooting, the malware is still back in force. Please help. Or should I just opt.for the nuclear option and completely format my SSD drive and reinstall Windows from a USB? I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X10 Yoga. Thanks in advance.

Backstory: I started losing control of my computer, things closing without warning, etc, and hit the hard reset button to stop it, and allow me to boot into my secondary Windows 7 partition. My primary partition is still quite large (500GB), and the only option I see to scan it is to select it in 'Full Scan', which takes a long time to complete. Can I use the 'fast scan' instead on this other drive? I also installed the MBAR program from the 'more tools' section, which found malware alright, and got rid of it nicely, but there was no option to pick which drive to scan. Does MBAR scan all drives and partitions? Does MBAR's "fixdamage.exe." also do it's magic on secondary partitions?

Unfortunately I became infected with Alureon.A, or at least that's what MSE says. It seems to have created an unallocated space of 170GB on the back end of the drive and a hidden partition on the front side of 43MB. I'm familiar on the whole using of GParted to unhide the space, but when I go to remove the malware, reboot the system and MSE is still saying its infected. So I decided to come to the pro's for guidance... Thank you! Attach.txt DDS.txt

Popped up in Avast Scan. Cannot be deleted or moved to chest. Repeating Avast warning of 'Malicious URL blocked'. Cannot run TDSS or aswMBR. No other PC to burn CDs on. Any ideas?
