  1. Hi I find it almost impossible to get the latest update to the MWB management consol. I have a URL provided by tech support, but there is no version number, and the zip file always seems to be the same, such that it says I have the latest version installed, when I run it. How do I ensure that the MWB console and the endpoint protection is fully up to date? I am a small business user, and whilst technical find the updating process next to useless. Any assistance greatly appreciated!
  2. Get warning that my data base is not current Cannot update the database to keep current to operate malware bytes, premium edition, Windows 7
  3. I have my wife's computer set to run an update daily at 10:00am. Each morning she boots up and by noon has a message in the lower right corner of her screen that the "Database is out of Date", "Update Now". Catch is that when she clicks on "Update Now" it grays out and then reappears but nothing happens. I open Malwarebytes to the Dashboard and the update option is grayed out. If I reboot, and log in with the same username and password as before, I can go into the Dashboard and run an update. Malwarebytes was installed as an Administrator and I run the updates with the Administrator username. I know there is an FAQ that addresses this issue but the FAQ indicates MB was installed as a Standard user, not an Administrator but this is not the case. He system is running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit with 32 GB of RAM. I have the same Malwarebytes settings on my computer and it updates as scheduled with no glitches. I am running Windows 8.1 with update 4 and 16 GB of RAM. Any ideas, other than uninstall and reinstall as Administrator, would be appreciated. Tech Support is indicating 3-4 days for a standard response to emailed problems and if they are typical of most support centers that means 5-7 days if I am lucky.
  4. I am currently using Malwarebytes on 2 PCs. Two of them have issue with message Databases Out of Date. I did applied MBAM Clean Removal Process for those 2 PCs but did not help.   5. How can I get rid of pop-up error message from Malwarebytes. It acts like a malware! Databases out of date - your database is out of date. It is important to keep protected by istalling the latest updates. UPDATE NOW. When I click on UPDATE NOW, it pops up the same and click on x mark does not make it go away.
  6. I have had Malwarebytes on my computer for 6 months and it has just recently (the past few days) started giving me the message "Database out of date. your database is out of date. It is important to keep protected by installing the latest updates." then there is an "update now" button, which I click. The message disappears but comes back about every 1/2 hour or so. I click the update now button and it goes away, then comes back. What do I need to do? Thanks.
  7. Hi there, I keep getting the pop up from my tray that my databases are out of date. When I click on Update Now, nothing happens. When I launch Malwarebytes, I can't update it that way either. I know that I was infected with Conduit which Malwarebytes seemed to have removed. I was able to update the databases once after that, but again the problem persists.   8. I have set my malwarebytes to update daily however I continue to get "databases out of date" messages and when I click on the "update now" box nothing happens. Help !!
