I ported my number from Virgin to Sky today and since changing the SIM, my Samsung mobile phone will only boot into download mode and won't go past that. Could Malwarebytes have suspected SimJacking and locked me out? If so, what's the workaround please?
Hey, I have some nasty malware that is preventing me from running applications that require the administrator to verify the disclaimer by pressing "Yes". When I try to run a program, my screen is dimmed and I get the disclaimer popup for a brief moment, and then the popup closes and I get the following error message: "The extended attributes are inconsistent." Unfortunately this prevents me from being able to run Malwarebytes. I tried to use Chameleon, however all 13 of Chameleon's programs were blocked in the same way. Therefore I booted into safe mode and ran Malwarebytes from there.
Hi ... Hope this topic hasn't been dicussed other Places in this forum, but that would really surprise me. All though I am confident that others than me has this "problem" too. I have searched the forum for other threads about this, but I did not find any. Anyhow ... It is, at least to me, very annoying that malwarebytes starts it's search for malware with a window popping up and stealing screen real estate and the focus too. Is there a way to make Malwarebytes work in silent mode? I mean ... like install and forget? rgs Øyvind Granberg Norway
Hello, I am using Windows 7 64-bit. My PC has been infected with the FBI MoneyPak virus and the virus has blocked my safe mode. What should I do to remove the virus without reinstalling my OS? I am writing this on a borrowed PC.
