  1. So I had Malwarebytes on the computer I'm currently using. I was using Malwarebytes 2.0 or above. I needed to uninstall and reinstall the program. Now I didn't realize I had to deactivate my account to transfer my license in version 2.0 and above. So I used Malwarebytes clean uninstall file to unistall the program. Now I'm attempting to use the same license on the same computer, but it thinks the license is currently in use. I can't deactivate it now. What do I do?!
  2. Hi, I had the Malwarebytes Pro 1.70 Pro version and it was converted to the 2.0 version. I need to restore my computer back to February 2014, will the Malwarebytes Premium 2.0 version come back? I don't see the 'Key' number on the Malwarebytes 2.0 to download it. Thanks
  3. Sort of similar to; https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=146508 But I don't want to hijack the thread and I'm also going to assume that "Recover if missed by" means that when it's set to 12 hours for a daily scan, if it's scheduled for 00:00 14/04/14 and you start the computer at 11:00 14/04/14, it will still do the scan for the day (13:00 14/04/14 it will not). With this assumption, I'd like to report that the Recovery Option for Automated Scheduling is not working properly. http://i.imgur.com/EDPtk39.png As you can see, it's missed the 11th to the 16th scans even though th
  4. This is for Malwarebytes 2.0. Perhaps we can have an addition Logging Option for a scheduled scan to control whether a log is saved if the scan returns nothing. For Hyper scans that are scheduled every day, this will help sort out the Application Logs and keep unnecessary logs out. Additionally perhaps the Application Logs section can also have a filter for type and a date range. .
  5. I have Malwarebytes 2.00.0.1000 final version installed on my PC. I also enabled the option "show notification after successful update", but even so I haven't been receiving green notifications after each database update. I thought this bug - there was on Beta stage - would be resolved when the final version be released, but it seems it is not. Why? Can someone give me an explanation? Thanks in advance, Best regards to everyone is part of Malwarebytes team and the ones who are fan of this software as me.
