Will , I want to report a new bug still going Until now ! as you may know or not my mbam is free version setup when I download them and when I Install it I had to choosing " a trial mode for almost 13 day" however my 13 day trial was expired yesterday and the Mbam is still popping-up in tray area as " trial/pro version" as like a full-version-subscription !
  2. Hi, I use MBAM Pro I previously used to get database updates every couple of days (it was set to notify if 3 days over). I now have not had a request to update for literally weeks yet I have it set to notify after 1 day. I am worried that it may not be working properly? I am pretty sure I don't have it set to update automatically. Surely the database has been updated in that time? I am running W 7. Thanks so much.

Greetings everyone, First off let me say I am proud to be a long term user of MBAM Pro and I highly endorse, to all my colleagues, the fantastic product that the team at Malwarebytes offers to protect my PC. Secondly, apologies if this is not the correct place to post this, as this is the first time I have had to post an issue. With that out of the way, time to get down to the issue at hand: I recently purchased an annual license for Private Internet Access (PIA), a VPN service to resolve my ISPs monkey business with YouTube, twitch, and the internet in general. So far everything is fine and I have noticed a MASSIVE boost in network consistency and bandwidth with a minor sacrifice in ping times. However, I also noticed MBAM Pro consistently attempts to IP-Block "Rubyw.exe" which is the runtime environment PIA uses for connectivity and management purposes. While it hasn't hindered VPN performance as far as I know (and tends to happen whenever I turn it off), it is quite annoying. Whitelisting the process does not resolve the issue either since they are all randomized and dynamically connect to random ports. Why overall question: is there a solution to this or am I stuck with the excessive IP-Blocks? Below I have enclosed my log, though it continually updates over time.
  4. Dear Admin, I am not unable to uninstall my MBAM PRO, everytime I try uninstall it, it will show the error as on the image shown as attachment. CCleaner also not able to uninstall as same error code appears. Please help.
  5. I've already purchased MBAM Pro for one of my computers, running Panda Global Protection 2014 - and MBAM's on-access Filesystem protection works perfectly, scanning after Panda has. I'm thinking of purchasing it for 2 new computers, which will either run THE NEW Bitdefender Total Security (it doesn't have a year after its name anymore on their site, but elsewhere it's called 2014) or THE NEW Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security. Is the on-access scanner of MBAM Pro compatible with either of these security suites' on-access scanners?
  6. Hello, I thought so highly of MBAM that I purchased a number of copies after trying your free version. Don't know whether coicidental or other but recently MBAM pro scan function seems to start, clock ticks but zero objects scanned and zero detected. I read forum for similar problems and noticed you had recommended a program named mbam check. I did and ran program and have data which I cannot interpret. One instruction that caught my eys was to restart after check but that didn't seem to work. I am hoping that you can advise me if I attach the file created by mbam check and am doing so. Thanks. Hi Guys, I have been running MBAM Pro with ESET Smart Security 5 for a while now with no problems. but recently, since last week, I have found that there is an issue if they are both enabled on start up. If I have both MBAM Pro and ESET Smart Security 5, windows will not log in, just gets stuck on the login screen. however if i disable either one on start up the machine boots normally. at the moment I have to leave MBAM disabled on start up and manually start it once the machine has booted. its important to note, there is no problems running both applications once the PC has booted, in looking at the windows logs, i can not see anything useful logged. only thing i found was: "A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the eventlog service." "A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the ShellHWDetection service." has anyone else had this issue? is there a workaround, apart from manully starting MBAM every time i turn the pc on?   8. Several weeks ago my computer with the Windows 7 Professional operating system began to freeze regularly. I had Malwarebytes Antimalware (PRO) and Microsoft Security Essentials installed with the MBAM Pro real time scanning enabled. While attempting to resolve the freezing issue, I uninstalled MSE and installed Avast!. My computer continued to freeze regularly. With both MSE and Avast, I followed the MBAM forum instructions to ignore the respecitive softwares but that didn't stop the freezing. After many frustrating weeks I turned off the MBAM Pro real time protection module. That was about two weeks ago. Since then, I haven't had a single issue with my computer freezing up. I'm happy my computer is no longer freezing up, but I'm not happy that I can't take advantage of the protection module with MBAM Pro. Are there additional exclusions that I need to set for MBAM Pro that the non-Pro version doesn't require? Do you have any other suggestions on making my MBAM Pro real time protection work successfully with Avast? Thanks.
