  2. Where can I open a ticket to recover a 40-user license issued in 2010? Or is there a URL where I can deactivate all existing licenses so that I can re-install? I've lost a couple of those machines over 9 years but now it seems they've all been committed when I only have 3 machines left actively using that license ID and Key pair. Thanks.
  3. Same thing happened to me after an update. System rebooted and the license was gone. Went to the website, deactivated, and then tried to reactivate. Said blacklisted. Even though my account said lifetime sub. Not sure what's going on.
  4. I turned on my PC about 30 minutes ago and a Malwarebytes update showed up. After the update I noticed it was asking if I want to start the Pro trail. (This is happened before where Malwarebytes made me reenter my License after an update, it was quite annoying but good thing I saved my info and it was painless.) But this time I got a message telling me my license key was blacklisted and I should contact Malwarebytes support. I bought several of these Lifetime License keys (I just looked it up) from Newegg back in 2013 during a sale. I have attached my proof of purchase from Newegg. Please help, thanks..
  5. Add me to this list. I purchased a 3-pack of MBAM lifetime licenses 5 or 6 years ago, and they were always honored whem MBAM changed to Malwarebytes 3. I also have a Lifetime licence for XP, granted when I was a beta tester for the original MBAM way back when. So I have 4 lifetime licences. After so many years, I do not have original receipts. When I was prompted on my Windows 7 Home system to upgrade to MB3 version 3.8.3 (for "free"), I accepted and installed. It appears I inadvertantly installed the "free" trial version, and have lost my lifetime licence. Attempts to enter my old lifetime licence and ID tell me I have exhausted my attempts. This is unacceptable to me. As a moderator in several security forums, I always promoted MBAM and MB3, based on my experiences. Honor your lifetime licence, Malwarebytes.

My old thread closed and iv'e tried to contact all Malwarebytes emails and there is no response from their side about this issue, please give me answer here and stop ignoring my messages. old thread: Hi there, I am an ebay seller and Iv'e decided to sell my Malwarebytes registrations, Iv'e used my Malwarebytes on my hosted servers and decided to sell them through eBay since I am not going to use them anymore. But for some reason I'm getting VERO report from: malwarebytes@enforcements.markmonitor.com everytime I list my item, Iv'e tried to contact through this mail and no response! I can't understand why Malwarebytes do not allowed me to sell my license information while there is many online listing that has not even removed!   8. I bought Malwarebytes way back in the day in 2009 or 2010 when you could buy a lifetime license for 9 machines. So long ago I don't exactly remember when nor do I have the same email but I do have my original install disc and info. Never was a problem updating to new versions of Malwarebytes with my lifetime license for the past eight years until today. This is the same exact machine that had a valid license for years so don't give me that "you ran out of activations" nonsense. Is this simply a glitch with version 3.3.1 or, is Malwarebytes not going to honor the license of it's original customers? Seems there would be legal issues to the later.
  9. Hey guys, I was wondering something. When I found out that Android's Malwarebytes was updated to 3.0 thus taking advantage of premium finally, I wondered if my current lifetime premium license would work for it. The current number is a different kind of number from newer ones so I can't use the "redeem" option in the app . So I thought I'd see if I had an account that maybe has a mobile license number attached to it, but what I'm seeing is I can't create an account unless i paid for a temporary subscription from the website. I was hoping to login to a similar account on both my computer and mobile but it seems that's not an option as I also don't see an option to login to an account in the app. So I'm assuming that I cannot create an account and I have to pay for mobile separately? Just was wanting to get this straight. Thanks.

  11. Had to do a clean install of Windows 10, when trying to activate 3.1.2 I get the error MBAM403104. #2033376 and #2033374 (Accidentally sent it before I was done ) Thank you
  12. I have a good number of the older lifetime retail licenses - all purchased from newegg (discontinued product link: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832562001). They're all a physical card with both an ID and Key - to date, none of them seem to work when trying to activate in a fresh install of 3.0. If i download and install a pre-3.0 version of Malwarebytes, then activate, then install 3.0 over top, it works, and 3.0 respects the lifetime subscription... but using the keys from the retail cards direct into 3 never seems to work - the button to activate never even lights up in the UI. Is this a known issue with older keys? I do have a ticket into support, as several posts seem to indicate that's the only way to resolve the issue - I'm just more curious if this is something others have seen? It really feels like 3.0 doesn't even like the format of the ID/Key, as the activate button never even lights up.
  13. When upgrading to version 3, the license becomes "Trial." My licenses are "lifetime" and I have screenshots to substantiate that. When a manual re-license is attempted, a message appears that says that the maximum amount has been exceeded. I have attempted to upgrade to version 3 several times, and on multiple machines. My original purchase was multiple licenses to qualify for a "site license" as instructed by CleverBridge. When I made the original purchase, I was told that if I bought a over a certain number of licenses, that qualified as a "site license" and was recorded as such. I can only use a certain number of machines at once, and I can attest that it is lower than the number of licenses purchased! There have been some instances in the past when a system had to be rebuilt due to hard drive failure or because of catastrophic system failure. In those instances it was not possible to perform "de-installations" or "remove license." In the meantime, I am having to click "Later" frequently when asked "Do you want to upgrade?"
  14. Hi guys Has anyone reported the following issue with Malwarebytes 3.06 1469 Premium: I completely uninstalled Malwarebytes 3 to do a fresh install. Rebooted. Then I installed Malwarebytes 3.06 1469 from scratch. When I go to activate, the serial and key fields do accept my lifetime key and serial number (which I copy and pasted rather than typed to avoid typos). However, the "activate" button remained greyed out and unclickable. The only way I was able to get around the issue is to find and install version 2 of Malwarebytes Antimalware. Then I installed Malwarebytes 3.06 1469 Premium over the top of that. Once I had done this Malwarebytes 3.06 1469 Premium remained activated (it took the activation status from version 2) and now has a status of "never expires". I notice a couple of Facebook users have reported on Malwarebyte's official Page that they too are having issues with their keys not being accepted in MBAM 3.06. This is on a fully patched Windows 7 64bit ENT system. As I said, I have managed to work around it.... but others may not be so lucky if they have this issue.
  15. Okay, I had to create an account on the forums just to ask this. This happened to me once before but it sorted itself out within a day, its been three days now, and its still saying it expired and for my to purchase a one year premium membership. I'm honestly kind of upset that this is happening. I forget when I bought it but I know it was in 2014. I would ask for a refund but the card I used to purchase it with was deactivated due to some fraud that was happening. So I'm afraid that won't end up happening. Anyways, I would like for someone to please fix this issue for me.
  16. I have a lifetime membership for Malwarebytes but I cannot activate the program. I also cannot log onto y account after resetting my password. I've emailed you several times with no reply. You are not the same company where customers mattered! You have gotton to big and lost your commitment to users! Please fix my account t and lifetime membership. I've had to redo my laptop several times due to infections / malware.
  17. When I opened up my malewarebytes program I noticed that it said it wasn't in "Premium". So I went to the activation page and entered my code in and this is what I got. I kept on trying to enter my code but I kept getting this error. Hopefully someone can help me ASAP. Thanks.
  18. Hi I want to start out by saying I love your flagship product and I purchased a perpetual license back around 2010 when MalwareBytes Premium was called MalwareBytes Professional. But from what I've heard MBAM perpetual licenses that are few years old are invalid in version 2.1.7 and I'm nervous to update MalwareBytes because of this. Please tell me whats being done to fix this bug? Because I would like to update sometime to 2.1.7.
  19. Hello everyone! I'm really happy about my experiences with Malwarebytes trial. Even if I can easily unnistal and install the program again, I want to support Malwarebytes. I was looking for a PRO version of the program, and I found a lifetime version of it. Is that real? Or it's a fake one? And if that's real, I would like to know if I can get it by using the official website than buying it from another website. Thank you guys for the help, and keep it up, Malwarebytes!
