  1. Hi, I am premium user. We are having problems related to the computer freezing. It was suggested to uninstall the software and install a previous known working version. How do I deactivate the license before uninstall and reactivate the license after reinstalling the working version? I.e. how to I reuse the an existing license whether on the same machine or a different machine? Thank you.
  2. My friend has a licensed version 3 of Malwarebytes on his desktop PC. It comes up for automatic renewal in Jan 2019. He also has a laptop with the free version installed and would like to purchase a license for it as well in January. How would he go about this and obtain the discounted price of $32.50 per computer ($64.99 for two computers) shown on the Malwarebytes website?
  3. I can't believe I am the first person ever to need this, but I must be. I needed to add a computer to existing business subscription, so basically to increase the license count on that subscription. First found that's not possible online. A thread where another person asked this question said that it's a sales question. Called sales, they had no idea what I was talking about (granted, I might not have explained myself very clearly). So I submitted an online ticket and received a reply informing me that it is not possible to change license count on existing subscription. The reply told me my options are either to get a different subscription for additional system or wait till current subscription expires, not to renew it and buy a new one with correct number of licenses. Both options are really not acceptable, I don't want to keep up with 100 different subscriptions and I don't want to have to change subscriptions and have to redo all clients because of one addition. Another post discussing this question said MalwareBytes may be working on a way to be able to change number of license seats online. Is there anything like this in the works? Am I the first person ever that needed this? Did no one else ever found themselves adding computers after purchasing a subscription? Or is there a way to do it now that's kept secret from those like me? Thank you Vassili
  4. I wish there was an option for just a 1 PC license since I have 4 PC's, but I am able to get 1 x 3 PC license. If there any option for that, and if there is not, can it be possible. Also I don't like the 15 day trial periods, it should be extended to 30 day (1 month trial period) most people get paid at the 1st of the month and people who are using this software need it for 30 days until they are able to get the premium software license for 1 year. 15 days is too short for a user who started to get the software around the beginning of the month. 30 days is what I need and I know everyone else would agree with that.
  5. I work at an MSP and one of our favorite tools to use for infections was the standalone MalwareBytes download for a one-off scan. Recently the licensing language had changed to not allow for commercial use. Then it changed again to allow for "internal business purposes". I'm of the mind that this falls within our use (i.e., helping clean a client's computers) but my colleagues disagree. We've had a moratorium on using MWB since then because we don't want to use the software illegally (obviously), but I was hoping someone here could help clarify what would constitute as fair use under our scenario. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
  6. I was wondering if scan-only licenses are avalaible. This would be used only for scanning and removing malware, and not to be installed permanently on workstations. The licenses should per per technician, not per seat.
  7. I beleive your website may not be working. I have submitted a request a number of times to purchase 300 coperate licenses for my managed network. No reply both times. I also submitted a reseller partner form and again no reply. I have now emailed cs@cleverbridge.com waiting for a reply. I will try and ring today at 4pm international call to the UK to see if I can get someone that can help me purchase malwarebytes pro for our network. I have called all Australia resllers of software without any luck. I am not sure if you have a sales team in the company, but this would definitely be affecting company revenue if others are looking to purchaseover 10 licesnes. Cheers Josh :-)
