ExitLag false positive?

Hi, I started using ExitLag to connect games to the internet due to severe lag. However, whenever I start up ExitLag, I get the IP address 23.82.136.147 blocked due to either malware or trojan. Is this a false positive or should I make sure this address is always blocked? Thanks for any information.

Hi, recently there are some malicious ip address has been blocked by malwarebytes antimalware on my pc. i just noted down a few & den permanently blocked from the firewall.Most of the ip address got vanished before i note down.... is there any way to check which ip address has been blocked by malwarebytes so that i can block them from the firewall end.. Some noted ip address are:- 222.186.59.175 218.39.205.37

Address is 217.23.9.121 , website is www.animefushigi.com . It's an anime streaming site, and one I've used for a couple of years with no issues.
