  1. Ability to export or import user settings would be useful for quick configuration on multiple devices. Example: Export configuration for Application, Protection, Scan Schedule and Exclusions Re-installation of Malwarebytes 3 to fix Windows UI Missing Context Menu Import previous configuration This will be good for users with large exclusion lists and custom scan schedules. I am currently missing the context menu in Windows, and am dreading having to populate my exclusion list again.
  2. I'd like to be able to interact with the notification pop-up that displays inbound attempts. Currently you can only click on it to "go to the Exclusion Page". I usually have the MalwareBytes icon hidden in my tray and recently discovered that I can right-click on it to "Add IP to Web Exclusions", but there's no way to copy the IP. When I see the notification, I'd like to perform a lookup on the IP and determine if it's something I want to add to my network block list. In order to copy the IP address, I have to: Right-click the icon and select "open Malwarebytes" Click on the "History" tab Click on the "Application Logs" side-menu option Select the latest log Scroll down to the bottom of the log file Identify and click on the most recent entry that contains the IP address Press CTRL+C on my keyboard Open a text editor (or anywhere that I can paste the contents) Paste the clipboard Select & copy the IP address within the text stringThe other option (which I prefer) is to repeat the following steps until I have manually transcribed the complete IP Address: Hover over the notification (to keep it open) Switch focus to a text-based program and type part of the numberIs there any chance I'm doing it wrong and that a "copy" function already exists? If not, is it something to consider adding? Thanks.
  3. After having worked with MalwareBytes Anti-Malware for Business for 10 months I have a few requests/suggestions/ideas: - Workstation Tracking: Allow the Console to track workstations by MAC address and/or Computer Name instead of IP address. I understand that MAC address doesn't work for some organizations, but for others it is the most stable way of tracking computers. Computer Names also tend to be less volatile than IP Addresses, especially for organizations with laptops and/or mobile workers. - Report details: Allow Exports of reports with more specific details. Examples: List computers without updated policy or without client software (or with outdated client software). List computers that have been infected within the past period of time. List of duplicate computer names or MAC Addresses. - Bonus Feature: One bonus I have found with MalwareBytes Management Console, is that it helps me to track my workstations by letting me know who has been logging onto which computers, what IP addresses computers are using (telling me where they are located) and how long they have been offline. If the console could be more reliable in workstation tracking (see first item), this would be a nice feature to promote! Yes there are other ways to track this information, but since you are installing MalwareBytes - there is no need to install additional software on each workstation. Plus I find the information is updated quicker than software that is specifically used for tracking. And, finally - I find it's easier to use. What are other features you would like to see? or features that you have been surprised by?
  4. Hey Malwarebytes! I was wondering if you guys would ever add a Sandbox feature to the program? I think it would be really useful
  5. I like the Malicious Website Block feature. I just wish I could not be warned after the first per-session attempt from a site/port/direction. In other words, I'm requesting options dealing with how often I have to see the popup window.
  6. Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know that after updating the free version of Malwarebytes on an old computer of mine it now automatically updates as if it was a full paid professional edition. I didn't know if this was a new feature so I thought I'd mention it on here before I did anything. I have not activated the trial version, it's running the standard free edition.
