  1. Hello I am having trouble installing MB3. I had the same trouble uninstalled a previous MB3 version too but I uninstalled with the Malwarebytes Clean Uninstall Tool. I thought I could just reinstall the software but even after that I still can't. Attached are the logs from MB Check. Thank you very much! mb-check-results.zip
  2. Hello... I'm a premium user here and need some help. First off, I have NO SIGNS of infection whatsoever (I guess we'll see ). My computer runs wonderfully.. My ONLY problem is that I am unable to upgrade (and now I cannot even install) MBAM 3.x. I had been running version 3 already and started having a problem only after I was prompted to install your most recent update. The setup launched and as soon as I clicked "OK" to the default of ENGLISH I get this error (attached). I was persistent to get your latest version installed so I started troubleshooting.   3. Hello my name is sultan I was trying to install malwarebytes 3 but after choose what language do you want the setup didnt show up . It said "runtime error (at 49:120) could not call proc. " Can someone help me ???

I'm trying to install antimalaware on my laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad E530, so Windows 10 PRO x64 eng) but every time i try to run it it gives me this error runtime error (at 79:100) Could not call proc. I though that was for some malware or similar, so i run 4 different programs to scan all my drives, anti rootkit and so on, but nothing come out. I've re installed all vcredist and .NET framework (after looking on google, for some people it worked, but not for me) I tried to run the installer shutting down both avira and windows defender (still nothing) someone can help me? i tried all

Setup failed with "Internal Error: Expression error 'Runtime Error (at 112:109): Could not call proc."​ I actually can't install any third-party programs really and none of my browsers (Chrome/Firefox) can access internet except for Microsoft Edge. Also programs that use the internet (Spotify, Skype, etc.) don't even start up anymore. I've attached my logs from FRST. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  6. I can't install malwarebytes due to the above error. Dnsapl.dll is missing rendering IPv6 unable to connect. Is this required for installation? Have a nasty virus on my Sony viao laptop. Any assistance installing malwarebytes of any kind would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I'm screwed without help at this point.
