  1. Hello, I had a windows update the other day and now I can't turn on ransomware for malwarebytes. I have included the log file requested. please help. thanks. mbst-grab-results.zip
  2. Malwarebytes version Premium 3.6.1. Ransomware Realtime protection off and will not turn on. Problem surfaced after upgraded to Windows 10 Pro version 1803. I see Windows defender also has ransomware protection.
  3. I get a MB popup telling me real-time protection is not turned on. When I go into settings and try to turn on the protection, I am prevented from moving the switch to ON. In addition, I cannot open MB. I can open it in safe mode and do a scan, but it finds nothing. I have performed several scans with MBAR beta, finding nothing to clean.I also can not do a system restore. Windows 10 64 bit. I am a MB Premium Member. My MB recently(it just started doing this last Friday) keeps giving me pop ups of real time protection being shut off but when I open MB its back on again,I've fresh installed MB and have followed steps in other posts such as setting exceptions in my anti virus and clicking on "Install Application Updates" but it keeps happening,I've attached pictures of the error,of my settings and the log MB support tool gathered. mbst-grab-results.zip
  5. Today (17.07.2018) I got a message from malwarebytes premium, that realtime protection was switched off and it should be on instead. Yet switching it on was impossible. No error meassage, just no rection. I´m located in germany.
  6. I have the premium Malwarebites but i'm not able to enable the Realtime protection. Every time I try to aneable this its is starting and after some seconds it is disabled again. what's the problem here?
  7. Hi. Long time premium user here. Using MB 3.3.1.3183 (current) and I don't seem to be able to start the web protection after a restart on win10 pro. It says "Starting" forever.. The other realtime protections seems ok. Reinstalled mb but the same.. Now it's non responsive too.. I need to renew my subs 21 Feb and my old credit card is invalid now. Edited billing to use Paypal, but I don't know if it went through. Will be kepping an eye on it. Don't want my Premuim to expire :-)
  8. Hello My issue is that real-time protection (and now even scanning) will not work any longer. One of my servers (I have a home network, IT specialist) that is a virtual machine is running Windows Server 2003 SBS. It provides my AD/DNS/WINS, not really used for anything else. I like having the real-time protection running because it is providing my DNS for my local network. I don't use the web browser on the server. The server itself and the performance seems to be running fine at least I don't notice any issues at all. I am wondering if this could be an infection? One

Hey, I just recently acquired a malwarebytes premium license and I went ahead and activated all the premium features; everything has been working well except for a problem I am encountering with web protection. I generally use 2 browsers, chrome and mozilla firefox(the quantum version): on mozilla I don't encounter any problem and it is also the browser that I use without any kind of adblock/privacy protection/ cancas protection extension and so forth, while with chrome, which is also the browser which I mainly use(I have been using it for much more than mozilla), which has installed many exte
  10. Hello, As many others on this forum, my web protection is not starting. I attempt to turn it on and it goes back to off. Please note - I have downloaded your mb-clean and removed all components from previous install and rebooted. I have reinstalled it more than once afterward and has not solved the problem. I have no other anti-virus programs running. Please advise.
