Hello, I just downloaded MB3 and clicked the button to purchase, created an account on the website and purchased a 1 year, 1 device license but the confirmation screen doesnt show me an activation/license code and I never got an email for the purchase. I got other emails when creating the account but nothing for purchasing. In addition, when I refresh my dashboard, it doesnt say I have any subscriptions. What happened? Did my money get taken?? I see the money withdrawn from my paypal account already from Avangate INC. FYI. I have no idea what to do here...
  2. Just a small question. Can a malwarebytes 3.0 license be used on a enterprise computer? We only want it for less than 10 computers. we dont' want de endpoint solution. Our seller told us that is illegal to use a malwarebytes 3.0 license on our small company computers, so sadly we aren't buyin them. I write this comment from spain. We could buy them from your web if it's legal, and not from the seller, but we just want to know from, if this is really ilegal to use or not. Best Regards. Tony

  5. I've been trying for three days to download, test, possibly become a reseller, and test EndPoint Security without a callback. Extremely frustrating! Has anyone else had this kind of hassle. I'm not bit##ing, I just don't understand the hassle when someone wants to purchase a product and sales will not call back. I live in Austin Texas, close to becoming (if not already) the next silicon valley / tech capital and I can't get someone in sales to contact me. I've also run a IT business for 15 years. PLEASE HELP :-) Thank you.
  6. I am always on the look out for software that will help protect my computer. Since I work with authors sometimes I can stumble upon a site (their site usually) that has been hacked or where I type in the URL wrong. I did not know about MBAE until I had a problem with MBAM. I found this program while waiting on Maurice Naggar. When I say I was waiting he was on line answering questions about problems. When someone (mods, admin) on support forums takes their personal time to answer questions and help fix problems I do not like to keep them waiting. I downloaded the free version of MBAE to try out. I figured it had to be wonderful since I have used MBAB since 2010/2011. I was planning on budgeting in the expense for MBAE in July. Since I only need to protect one computer not three I figured I would be fine with the free version until premium purchase. Well after the wonderful support provided by Maurice Naggar & 1PW those 2 books I was planning on buying will wait until July. When two people like Maurice and 1PW go above and beyond helping someone I know for a fact that they are working for/with a company that deserves my money more than Amazon. Even in my support thread I stated I was not tech savvy. These two people ask questions (and answered) without making me feel like an idiot because I am not tech savvy. Tech support forum's need more people like these two helping non-techie people like me. Koodus to these two wonderful people for the support they provided or 2-bunny ears up. Once again thanks for MBAM and I so look forward to enjoying the protection I know MBAE will provide. The bunnies throw carrot and parsley confetti and honor each of you all by promising to try and not eat any computer cables for the rest of the month. :D

To whom it may concern, Today once again I had to deal with the stupid conduit hijacker, It really does seem to come out of nowhere, I read an article that your software would detect and remove it, you offer a free trial which I have downloaded. It certainly detects many instances of the conduit entries but as soon as you hit remove the program crashes and will not respond, I have searched high and low for a fix for this and have only become more aggravated. Can anyone respond to this and explain why the program continually crashes?
  8. Hi, guys. I've had a copy of Malwarebytes program for almost two years now and I've never quite bought the full version. However, my sister (who is getting a new laptop) wants me to help her out to get a good antivirus. I, obviously, recommended Malwarebytes to her. She wants the full version and she says that she could get me it too. So the problem I have is, when I go to the purchasing page, there's three options. One's for the download, one for the CD, and one for the 24month download on server thing. I want to buy two licenses so my laptop could have one and hers too. So I select TWO items for the product download. Then I want the CD backup too... for both products. When I tick the checkbox for the CD, it says I'll get one. Here's a screenshot: Well, I want TWO CDs since I'm buying two downloads for two different laptops... or would one CD have two sets of installation files? Help! Please! We want to get the Pro version ASAP. ALSO, another question - I've been having 'small' problems with my Malwarebytes... sometimes it takes so long to open... freezes, and sometimes doesn't open at all o.o Would it be better for me to uninstall it completely (IDK how except via Control Panel which still leaves the folders in place?) and just download the new one from when I buy one, or leave it and just enter a license?
