  1. Hey Winterstar, I am having the same issue, started today. I had about 10 notices today all outbound, I am fairly good with computers, and could not find an infection on my machine. I will keep an eye on this post, maybe someone will have an answer.
  2. My computer has been infected with something and I've tried every possible solution but still couldn't remove it. After downloading something off kickasstorrent, I opened an .exe file which immediately lead to a bunch of programs installing themselves onto my computer, as well as a bunch of internet shortcuts/redirects appearing on my desktop. The first thing I did was delete the internet shortcut from my desktop. Next I ran a scan with malwarebytes, then hitmanpro, then adwcleaner(in safe mode). This remove most of the stuff but obviously not all of it. This is where the tricky part comes in. Whenever I tried so search up the words adware or adwcleaner using any browser(I've tried Chrome, IE and Firefox), my browser would automatically shut itself down. If I managed to make my way onto the adwcleaner website, my browser would again close itself. I had no problems going onto malwarebytes or other sort of anti-malware/virus websites. https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-s... Furthermore, I've followed every steps given by this website. I've managed to "remove" the malware, trojan etc by using the software they recommended. However, I'm still facing the same issue of whenever I search something with the word “adware” or “adwcleaner” my browser closes itself. Adwcleaner wouldn't work unless it's in safe mode. I tried to launch adwcleaner in normal mode but it closed itself every time almost instantly after opening. I scanned my PC with malwarebytes and hitman pro at least 5 times already. It also wouldn't let me use system restore. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  3. I’ve had this problem for a while and nothing is helping! I go on my task manager and see 2 types of apps running in the background. Both called vmxclient. It won’t go to process if clicked and it won’t kill process....nothing. I notice that sometimes it appears and disappears from the apps tab. When it appears I hear my desktop fan going off the roof! When it’s gone it’s very silent. I also notice in my process tab a IGFXMTC.exe and a dwioaem.exe (4 processes). Nothing happens when I click on them. They just appear and disappear on their own. Please help!!!
  4. Hello, I just had a bit of an issue today and on the 4th. Malwarebytes blocked an outbound connection multiple times (Three times today, twice on the 4th). All five times it has happened has been with the same domain and IP address. I'm not very good with computers, so I was wondering am I possibly infected? And if I am, what can I do to fix this? AVG detects nothing wrong with my computer. Thank you for any help! EDIT: I'll just add that I've always gone of the same sites for years and never had any issue with any of them. Today and on the 4th, Malwarebytes blocked the connection pretty much a few minutes after I open Chrome. After that everything seems to be fine. Here is a copy of the most recent blocked connection. 5. Has anyone got a fix for the web protection not coming. I have sent email after email to support and have never got a response. I would like to know why I am paying for a premium account when I am not able to use the web protection. For 4 days now my malwarebtyes has detected over 400 pup, viruses and Trojans because my web protection will not turn on. I have web browsers opening on their own. I have uninstalled the software 5 time and reinstalled it and noting works.
  6. Hey guys, I use malwarebytes no doubts in that but whenever i sign in my PC after every 5 min.s i get a opened command prompt windows with a weird name like("aghdbcfg3w") Something like that and i get a POP up windows saying that the computer couldn't find the required file, please try writing the name correctly, whereas i didn't type anything or the other! Because of that VIRUS, i think i am getting unwanted Ads on Youtube and i can clearly say that the ads are some kind of Virus. So i have installed AdBlockPlus, And i am providing a screenshot of the popup window and if you need other info please do reply! Thanks
  7. While running Vuze today, I noticed that Malwarebytes Premium version 3.4.5 flagged Azureus.exe as malware. My guess is that Vuze wanted to download an updater to itself (i.e. Azureus.exe), but MBAM caught that, and decided to block it. Looking at Reports --> View Reports, I see that MBAM's Category for Azureus.exe is "RiskWare". My questions: What exactly is "RiskWare"? I have only used MBAM free in the past, never Premium (am currently on a free trial), and MBAM never identified Azureus.exe before as malware (when I manually scanned my system), so did anything change with either MBAM or Azureus.exe that might have caused this? Ultimately, I want to know if I can safely ignore this warning (i.e. create an exception, and download Azureus.exe anyways).
  8. I downloaded the free version of malware bytes. When I opened file "malwarebytes_assistant.exe" I got the following error. "An administrator has blocked you from running this app"
  9. I have this problem, where my c: drive always gets filled-up, and when I transfer files, I see a bunch of files with these names: e0223fsd.au or something. These files are hidden on my pc, and just some time ago, it had 0 bytes although I cleared-up space before that! Yes, I use an anti-virus. I have windows 10 home 64-bit. Please, I need help. Resetting my pc Is just pain. Thanks.
  10. Hello. Could really use some help ASAP. Thank you guys for the support. All attachments are included. FRST.txt Addition.txt Threat Scan Log.txt
  11. Hi, I am rather terrified. I was an idiot and installed malware on my computer. It is called scop.exe, and it will not let me close it down or delete it. Since it has shown up, I've been noticing clicking sounds every second. As if it is doing background stuff. in just fifteen minutes while I was scanning, it has imported 92 viruses. Various riskware, Trojans, and adware. Upon restarting to quorentine my computer no longer starts up properly. I have repaired startup through the repair disk and that worked, but only temporarily. If I restart, the same thing occurs again. No hardware is damaged. It doesn't show up as a virus by makwarebytes. And malwarebytes is the best, so I resorted to this. Attached are the processes. One is under wininit.exe the other is scop.exe, which relaunches every time I open a browser. firefox and chrome have been renamed to chrome334.exe and firefox334.exe these are running in safe mode and are just as bad i know I am not including a lot of data so please give me a list of what you need to know.
  12. Hello! I need help related to Malicious files on godaddy server. I installed Malwarebytes to my windows machine when i open my website Malwarebytes blocked my site. How can i find and remove these malicious files from Godaddy server ? 2nd thing : Can we scan our website using Malwarebytes ?
  13. So I let my kid use the computer (big mistake!) and he clicked on something he shouldn't have and it got hijacked like crazy. It was popping up dozens of ads in browsers faster than I could shut them off with task manager. I played-whack-a-mole until I could run malwarebytes scan and the main hijacking seems stopped but I still have problems: 1) I can't enable real-time-protection on malwarebytes (or other antivirus programs like windows defender and spybot). The slider for "web protection" is locked to "off" and when I click it nothing happens. 2) I tried re-installing windows but I can't. In windows settings when I try "reset this PC" and click "get started" nothing happens. When I boot from a recovery drive I get errors saying my windows is messed up and none of the options to move forward work. 3) In task manager, there are still four processes that keep popping up in the apps section that I think come from the hijack - two called "Deciduous" and two called "Maturely." I can end them but they just pop back up again on their own 4) Everything is generally slow and weird, especially windows explorer windows which go super-slow and can't do basic things like sort by date modified). In safe mode when I try to delete some things I think might be associated with the malware it says I can't because i need permission from "SYSTEM." I tried a clean install of malwarebytes and got the logs below. I tried the malwarebytes root kit remover but it said no threats found. I tried a few other root kit removers from the web. One called "rkill" from Bleeping Computer halts the deciduous and maturely processes but they just start right up again. Any ideas? mb-clean-results.txt mb-check-results.zip Rkill.txt
  14. Hello all, I have been reading through the forum and following the advice of the forum moderators I have decided to create my own topic. Earlier today I upgraded the free version of Malwarebytes to the 14-day premium version. Since the download has been completed, I have been getting non-stop warnings for websites blocked that are being detected as malicious. The ports are constantly changing, but the common theme is that they all come from the same IP address (37.48.125.112), are all outbound, and originate from svchost.exe I have downloaded and ran the programs listed here https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/fix-malicious-web-site-blocked-alert-from-svchost.exe/ but the updates are still occurring. I have also ran Farbar Recovery Scan Tool, and I have attached my FRST and Addition txt files to this post here. If there is anything else I need to add please let me know. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  15. I ran the 2 utilities and came up with this zipfile. hope someone can help. mb-check-results.zip

  18. Malwarebytes reported several times that the website ia.801509.us.archive.org. This website URL is associated with phishing and was reported by Malwarebytes as malware. When running scans, the threat does not appear. I would like help in ridding my computer of the infection. The last log from the blocked site is shown in the attachment below. Sometimes it is logged as "malware" and sometimes classified as "unspecified". Thank you for your assistance.
  19. Malwarebytes blocked a site with address ia801509.us.archive.org several times in the space of a couple of minutes earlier today. I am aware of archive.org as a website, but I haven't accessed the website either when this occurred, or in recent times. I wasn't downloading any files, and all I had open was a new blank tab in Google Chrome. There are no options for blocking or whitelisting the site, and Malwarebytes automatically tried to add it to the list of ignored items. Is this site malware? And why was Malwarebytes ignoring the threat despite being reported as malware? After a full scan, no malware or other threats have been detected, so really I'm at a loss. Attached are the details for one of the scans. All the highlighted reports are for this threat. The threat came from my Google Chrome application. Any ideas?

  21. Please help! I have an HP stream 11 and it suddenly had a message come up regarding malware?? I've tried everything I've read in forums for the last 24 and nothing had helped, it's just getting worse. I no longer I'm able to delete certain files because I don't have to permission. Malwarebytes keeps popping up with a message telling me that PUPs have blocked me from going to a site that I'm trying to go to to clean the virus. I have downloaded as many different malware removers as I can but my computer is becoming less and less usable. Please help!!! Also, every scanner/detector, comes back with a clean result as if nothing is wrong with it, but there's definitely something wrong!!!!
  22. Can someone please look over the attached files and let me know what I should do? Thanks in advance. Addition.txt FRST.txt
  23. I have a Windows 10 Home device that I am trying to assist the user to resolve an issue. The user is getting "The Requested Resource is in use" error, especially when she tries to run any EXEs. After a quickly look over, I noticed that she has Svcvmx.exe running and that it is in %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\ntuserlitelist\. It is blocking the ability to run any cleaner programs such as (MalwareBytes AntiMalware), starting the anti-virus program, etc. The only program that I have been able to run, so far is MBAR and it finds this and other items quickly, however it currently shows 7195 Malware Found, but is stuck in the "Not Responding" state. Any ideas?
