  1. Hello, Is it possible to contact directly with customer support? I'm trying to sign-in in main web: https://www.malwarebytes.com/ But I have forgotten my password. Anytime I click on "Forgot password?" an insert may email address I don't receive any new temporary password. I have checked my SPAM folder, just in case, but there's no email with any data from Malwarebytes. I have clicked so many times that I have been banned for one hour. I suggest to change my registration email address, which I'm not going to write here, due to security reasons. I will appreciate any help. Thank you!
  2. I haven't logged into my.malwarebytes.com in a while. Today I needed to. It appears the web app designers have changed the Sign In process and a major bug is present. Note: "Sign In" is not the same as "Sign Up" (creating a User ID with new password). I am being told my password is invalid (when I am just logging in!) Navigate my browser (any browser Mac or PC) Go to https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login Make sure the "Sign In" form is active. Under Email, I enter my email address associated with this account Tab into the Password text box and paste my password Password is a 20 char string made up of lower case and upper case letters. Denied Login. Must contain at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number and 1 special character (ex: !@#$%^)
  3. I have a Premium Edition (for several years) on 1 PC and 2 NB. Actual 125 days left. I can't login to my account, always moaning: '"You have not set up your account. Please check your email for instructions to set up your account."'. but I didn't receive any email instruction. Sorry but can't either find a better topic and only manage create a topic in this place. Saludos y suerte from Paraguay Wolfgang Allinger
  4. Hello, My pc apparently has been infected with annoying adware. When I start up my PC, a CMD window flashes, then chrome starts up with an ad page called www.dipladoks.org I ran Malwarebytes, Windows Defender, even in safe mode. I cleaned up my chrome settings, and checked my PC using chrome, yet nothing seems to work
  5. Is there is a way to block this malicious webpage? It pops up after I log in to Yahoo and am directed to the Yahoo home page. If I do not immediately leave the Yahoo home page, the attd zipped page appears. If I do not immediately close the tab, it locks the screen and I am unable to close the tab. I must power down the laptop and restart it to get rid of the page. This only happens upon logging in to Yahoo. (I don't know what would happen if I didn't log in to Yahoo and just visited the home page.) archive.zip
